The room is spacious and clean. The night view also so interesting but I wish got a higher level so that the night view will be more interesting. staff friendly also

This is not a 4 star hotel. The lobby looks nice but when we got to our floor and our room it is so disappointing. Never come back to this hotel again.

Sering ke KL tapi kali ini baru nginap di hotel ini, Alhmdllh tidak mengecewakan, kamar tidurnya besar, punya ruang tamu/ruang nonton TV terpisah selain TV di kamar tidur. Next time nginap lagi nanti di sini. Pokoknya recommend lah untuk nginap di sini. 👍.

Hotelnya kids friendly banget, ada fasilitas playground di basement. Untuk hotel guest cuma bayar 5RM main sepuasnya. Saya order kamar executive club dapat free lounge dari jam 4 pm - 7 pm dan bisa upgrade ke suite room cuma nambah 50RM per malam. Lokasi di Bukit Bintang tapi agak jauh kalau ke jalan Mall Pavilion. Breakfast enak, banyak pilihan makanan dan bisa diantar ke kamar.

Kamarnya luas banget karena kemarin di kasih free upgrade room. Pas masuk besar ada ruang tamunya. Kamar mandi besar juga. Untuk hotel sepertinya bangunan lama tapi masih terawat dan bagus. Lokasi cukup strategis, depan hotel ada Mall Lalaport.
