I'm staying with my mom for medical purpose. The location is great, walking distance to my my hospital. You can find a hainam restaurant and 7 eleven 24 hour near the hotel. The aircon is good. The hot water in the bathroom. But, its only 1 elevator so you have to wait if there 's a crowd. The receptionist was great too.

Nice, clean, location is a bit too far from key tourist attraction (around 15-20 minutes walk). There 's bus station across the one way street, which is a bit tricky for return trip.

The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Great location. It near to Loh Guan Lye hospital. Beside the hotel has a pharmacy and it 's so helpful. There're many food there by walking around 5 mins from the hotel. I would stay here again for the next visit.

Fast service. Friendly staff. Really appreciate the hotel providing coway/ cockoo water filter. Easy to get clean water.

Doesn't have any tissue paper in the room except in the toilet. Coffee or tea also doesn't have just have cup only.

The location is good, the room is clean, but to be franked, I feel itchy and bite by bedbugs when using the bed. The pillows also quite hard. Please improvise on these parts. Thank you.
