The room and hospitality from the staff was good. Just that the iron board was broken and I had asked for a replacement but not to avail. Hopefully the staff can be more alert on this matter.

Bad experienced with this hotel. Rooms is very old, smelly & dirty. The mattress even worst, vey old matress and we can feel uneven spring inside the bed. I have nightmare staying here. Won't come again.

always my fav hotel to stay. even its kind of old hotel, but they maintain the cleanliness of the room, towel and bedsheet. the foods are always yumm..especially their Nasi Dagang.

A bit frustrated with toiletries...how come 90rm and above price for a room didn't have any toiletries ~asked the counter..but they said need to pay for it~hope they can improve on this part ~otherwise good
