Good service And I like it. Thanks so much!
No AC. No refrigerator.
Not good. There is only 1 toilet in the hotel.
Bad toilet, aircond not function
Late check-in, because taking an evening flight from KL to Langkawi (promo RM 10) he2. , The first impression, the receptionist was very friendly, because it comes from East Java and it turns out the wife of the hotel owner. very strategic location, is located in Kuah Town, near the port and duty-free shopping center. the size of a small room and water heater does not work, but complete enough there is a TV, air conditioning, mini refrigerator, safe box .. okay for the resting place of adventure .. he2. ,

The worst hotel i ever stay.
This hotel is very dirty and they do not maintain the hotel. The beds are not even hotel 2nd hand bed but house use 2nd/3rd hand bed. The beds are so soft that when u lay on the bed u can feel the wood of the bed below. The bed sheet were unclean that there were dirt and hair on it + it also smell. The blanket smell too. The floor of the hotel is also very dirty. The facilities show there are not usable such as the heater of the toilet and the television in the room. The red sofa shown in the pic of the lobby is also broken. The toilet bowl inside and outside of the room are very dirty (eg. feces stuck on to the seating). The room are very small (eg. Queen size bed stuck beside both side of the room wall). 1 of the room even have vomit smell in it. Blanket, soap and toilet roll can be requested from the reception. Pls check your room before entering or paying for it. WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. There is a double room that is not inclusive in the photo here so pls take note while booking because this room does not include toilet in it.

Horrible Cum Terrible Experience.
Horrible & terrible experience when i stay here. Actually last Feb 2016 I already booked flight & hotel thru one travel agency. In the booking, the agent booked the hotel under shared bathroom. Then, i called & spoke to Havana's receptionist regarding the shared bathroom. I told him that i want the room attached with bathroom. He said ok & will booked the room for you. So,on the same time i asked either i need to pay more or not. Then he said no need. When I arrive there I registered with other receptionist. He asked me to pay more for the attachment bathroom. I told him that I already called a month before with the other receptionist & no need to pay anything. He said the other receptionist not in Langkawi coz went to K.L & will call him regarding the room attached with bathroom. After 5 to 10 minutes he trying to call his friend,I just said why not just give us a room & discuss later. The rude receptionist told me if i in his shoe what should i do? So here, Im a guest, then u want me to hear your grndmother story? No way.. We are too tired on that time cause travelling from K.L. Then he gave us a room. OMG,The room looked like a horror house. Feel like staying in the cave. The ceiling full off holes & water leaking from ceiling. The toilet is dirty & yucky. Your whole body will get itchy while u sleep on the bed & wearing the blanket. I don't think the housekeeping do their job cause i find someone underwear in the drawer. So, my suggestion to others, don't u ever ever try to stay in this Havana Guest House Pulau Langkawi, Jalan Kelibang. You will regrets. (please refer the picture)

Roaming around.
This hotel need to be renovated, the walls are full of holes which been consumed for the long period of occupation plus effection of water licks from upper floors. I myself had the chance to advise the owner to take those notes and others seriously as they will be causing a bad reputation about the hotel. Although misestimating gusts by telling wrong information is a shame the price of the taxi to under world water beach is 30 ringets not 15 ringets. I thank them to take my clothes to the lundrey of their hotel lol. In total it was crazy experience.

Very bad experience
I didn't stay here, but I rent a scooter. You better take pictures of the scooter ahead, because the staff claimed that I had an accident because of scratches on the bike, which already existed. Luckily they don't own the bike, and the owner is a reasonable person who admitted the damage wasn't caused by me. No apologies from the staff, they just took the money for the rental (too much, RM40 a day) and charged me another RM20 for a scooter part I 'broke'. Very bad experience, it's best to avoid this place.
