The hotel its very bad experience. Room smell cigarettes, we can here sounds from outside. Towels are not clean and smells very bad. Staffs are not accommodating.

Location is good, near LRT Station Plaza Rakyat, Bus GO-KL purple line station (location: Kotaraya), and near to Jalan Alor, all accessible to walking, at most 750 meters. Staff is good, service is good. Cleanliness should be improved. I stayed for three nights and after each night I asked the cleaning service to clean my room and I think the towels were my previously used ones (didn't change the towel every day). On the first time I opened the drawer and saw used tissue waste. The rooms were not soundproofed, you could easily hear noises of people walking outside and opening/closing of doors, on my first night, I got woken up at 1 am by a group of noisy people crowding by the lift. You can also hear TV noises and flushing from next door.

The room which one not have a window is quite not comfortable, but the other is good, the location is very good if you are looking for shopping and tourist place

Receptionist is not accommodating. Towels spells bad. The matress has some stain. The room spell cigarettes. I here people's noise and car passing by inside our room. I choose to stay at high rooms with window but they gave us room in 2nd floor with nothing much too see only car park. And they never explain why. Its hard to argue as they dont understand english that much. Noone welcome to us, and noone even bother to help us with our luggage. Hotels should be like home but its not. Its the worst hotel I've ever been.

Bad hotel
Bed was smelly, towel wasn't clean, I didn't had a prob with stuffs maybe coz I didn't talked to them a lot. Location of the hotel is in a nice place. But don't worth the amount they ask for the room. They do have a travel desk inside the hotel which makes it easier for the traveler to plan there trip.

I stay here for 2 nights. At first time i'm so happy with the all employee here, they have a good service, friendly, helpfull and fast response. But when i want entering my room i felt disappointed because something smell like smoke, but when i complaint then they're so responsive i think make me comfortable to sleep here. Thanks to all Hotel 99'crew for the services. Gbu all

RUDE receptionist - WORST SERVICE
I am currently staying here. Supposedly for 3 nights but with the attitude the receptionist showed, i ill move tomorrow to a different hotel. I just arrived from a very late flight and checked in. They gave me the key card to my room so okay. Tried the key a couple of times and it was not working. Went down and the receptionist said keep trying without even checking if it's working. So I came back and tried again BUT still not working. Came back to the receptionist and I said it's not working. Then he said "IF YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN YOU CAN JUST SLEEP OUTSIDE" What kind of service people do you have in this place?! He came with me with a master key tried openning the door only to realize it was already occupied. Very nice service. I know we are all tired from working but giving that kind of attitude is not an excuse. So I'll just stay for this night because I am really tired. Tomorrow I'm going to move out here and write a complaint about what happened. Worst service I ever had.

Disappointed
The reception doesn't has good hospitality..... they don't smile at all only 1 malaysian man could to smile and polite.... They serve coffee as an amenities but when i ask water heater they just said i'll sent but no body come.... Then hot water they said that they don't have hot water.... It's really2 disappointed.... Don't promise if u cant to do that... They work as a human service but why they cant be polite and friendly at all ???
