House keeping come in to my room without permission while I sleep, so bad

The staff was not friendly. Neither greet customer nor smile. Before I book this hotel, I called to ask about the parking. They said it was free for customer but when I get there they said it's not free. Otherwise the room was quite spacious for quite cheap price.
- Romantic Vacation
The process of check in is so slow. When I check in for the first time, I cannot enter the room. I tried many times. Suddenly, there was someone in the room open the door. I checked the card and it was the right room. I go back to the counter and he gave me the new room and new access card. When I check in for the 2nd time, the room is so messy. Because the housekeeping has not clean the room yet. My husband was so pissed and ask for new room again. We are customer, we pay. The service is worst to me.
