This hotel very close with public transportation, night culinary in Jalan Alor and night entertainment in Bukit Bintang for just view minutes walk and this is my 3rd time stayed.
The hotel is good but it’s also including some issues like the sound nearby especially from the outside.
As for budget hotel categories this is one of the top 5 to me.
I will not recommend this hotel. Everything is not clean, the facilities, kitchen etc. Unfriendly staff. They don't respond to queries.
We checked in late due to long queue in the immigration (around 10 pm). When we arrived, the staff said they hv no room anymore (we booked family room) and wanted to give us two rooms instead. In the end, they gave us a family room.
Not recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation. service bad and rooms really old and not very clean.
Very dirty,and noisy,i order with private bathroom,but I have shared bathroom.and I leave this hotel,and check-in to other hotel
Value for money. Good location. Good for budget travellers

This place is a horrible mistake! I've never been treated in such a rude and unprofessional way!! I booked a room online and AFTER check-in and paying for 3 nights it turned out that there is no water since morning (I checked in around 4pm. and nobody informed me about this situation!!). I talked to staff and they told me that the problem with water is in a whole city. I asked about it in a restaurant and another hotel nearby and they didnt have any problem with a water!! After a long and exhausting way and being lied to I decided to change hotel and I asked staff to give me money back. The woman working there didnt offer me any solution when I told her my problem. She SHOUTED at me and behaved really agressive!! I tried to talk to "manager" but he also didnt want to help me, trying to avoid the conversation as much as it's possibile. I stayed there more or less one hour trying to get any information about my situation!! Suddenly they both disappeared in a second room, so I stayed there for the next hour. Nobody informed me if they are going to cancel my reservation. After few hours waiting, intervention from booking.com and many unpleasant words from a really agressive staff I received my money back. But the way I was treated is impossible to understand!! The AGRESSIVE, SHOUTING staff, totally UNPROFESSIONAL "manager", who "tried to solve a problem with water" instead of talking to the dissatisfied customers make this place a big mistake!!! I',ve never seen such a rude abd unprofessional staff. After the whole situation i told "manager" about a rude behavior from the employees and he told that "they are like mirrors which take the emotions from customers". That was the worst experience with a hostel during my trip to Asia. I suggest everybody to avoid this place!!!!!!

Spend a bit more and go elsewhere...
We booked this hostel mainly for the price, £8 for a night in a double bed with "breakfast". The thing is that only the bed was good. Toilets and showers were disgusting, staff was quite ghostly... and not really helpful, breakfast was just cheap bread, cheap peanut butter and cheap jam. Cutlery and table were were quite dirty and there was only 2 tables with 8 chairs for the whole hostel... Also, the fans in the corridor are really loud... I didn't enjoy that hostel, we slept there one night then moved to an other one in China town.

Budget room
Ultimate budget hotel, good for a night. Rooms are very small and basic. Breakfast is toast and spreads, tea and coffee. No windows. Rooms are dark and simple. Bed is comfortable. Would recommend room without bathroom as the bathroom is tiny

Prison is probably better.. should have read the reviews!
We are well accustomed to budget travelling and rooms, however, we have yet to come across a room without even a window, until now. The room was big enough only for the double bed, and a tiny table in the corner, although I do not think you would want to sit at it, as it would mean spending longer in the room. At a push it is probably ok for one night. Aircon was standard in the budget room, And the shower was hot, although the tap did come off halfway through. But I am sure there are better budget hotels out there.

Do not stay here!!
We have been travelling Indonesia and Asia for around 8 weeks now and are staying the cheapest stays we can find. However, this honestly is the worst place I have ever come across. I genuinely believe the only good thing about this 'hotel' is the air conditioning which was so cold I slept in a jumper and tracksuit bottoms. We are fully accustomed to cheap, small and outdated rooms but nothing compares to this. All I ask for in a budget room is for it to be clean, which I believe is not much to ask. This room was far from clean, the bed sheets had crusted stains on which had obviously not been washed and had sticky sweets on the shower floor from the previous traveller. There is much more detail I can go into and the list is endless but I would just strongly advise to stay away!
