They sell a room with window, but there is only a tiny one in the bathroom. Liar Manager.
Don't go this hotel, because you will be disappointed. I booked a room with a window. I sent an additional message just for sure: "I definitely need a room with a window. If the room is not with a window as on the picture, please send me a message because I will cancel my booking. I can't live in a room without a window. Thanks for your understanding." When I arrived they told me that the window is tiny and it's in the bathroom!!! I was so disappointed, felt cheated. They didn't help finding another hotel or room with window, didn't offer any transport compensation. The manager was such an inexpressible coward that didn't show up for multiple requests. What is the duty of a manager??? Shame on him/her. I couldn't do anything just stay at the hotel because I had only one day in Kuala Lumpur. They ruined the last day of a one-month trip because they went for the profit. The room was dirty, hairs everywhere, on the floor and in the bed, was very very loud because the walls are thin. Dirty jug and glasses. It was very depressing because of the few lights and tiny window. The TV remote control didn't work, and they never changed for a good one, however I asked 3 times, reason: "we are full today". No available spare battery??? Ridiculous. Also I asked for a hairdryer, they couldn't give any, because, they have only on in a four-story hotel. WTF? Neighborhood is dirty, and receptionist told it's not safe. Ugly part of Kuala Lumpur.

Comfortable stay
Stratgegic location, just minutes away to Berjaya Times Square. Price is reasonable at city centre area. Parking bay that provided by hotel will be charging RM10++, you can park how many days you want until check out. It shall be FOC as this consider the hotel amenities. Btw, room is clean, bed is comfortable. Water dispenser is provided at lift lobby area.

DO NOT BOOK, blood stained sheets and awful customer service
I had the misfortune of booking this hotel, it was a last minute reservation due to travel delays. The check in was good, Neyo & her colleague were really helpful. However after arriving at 0230 owing to the said delays, major construction and building works started at 0830 in the morning. They fail to tell you that the noise goes on all day in the hotel. I was promised that a manager would call, further promises that a secretary would call and no one did. I persisted to call, simply to express my disappointment as I felt misled, why not tell your customers that building works are ongoing. I finally spoke to Shen, she did not tell me her job title but apparently she is the secretary and despite her best efforts no solution was provided. I was told to deal with it. Further shocks existed with blood stained pillow sheets and sweat marks everywhere on the duvet & so much dust on the floors, the hotel is trying to be modern but is failing. I am so tired that I am staying for one more night but check out early morning so will avoid the banging and thumping. It is a budget hotel but you can find a 3 or 4 star hotel for a better price, also the area is really rough. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

They gave out our room
The hotel for it's price is ok. The rooms are clean. We were a bit disappointed that they gave out our room to other guests who came earlier of us. We emailed the hotel that our flight was delayed and we will get to the hotel later than expected. But to our surprise upon arrival, our reserved room was given to another guest. The guy in the check in counter was arrogant. But the rest of the staffs are kind.
