Terrible place
The only reason to stay in just because it close to the hospital IJN, relatives need place to rest. Insect bites due to terrible bed with dirty mark bedsheets, super noise from the main road traffic, unqualified staff...... additional suffer for the customer who has relatives in hospital. Nightmare to customer!

Over-rated hotel.
This hotel is over-rated. More suited to 2 star rating, and looks like a cheap hostel. Transportation only by taxi to city centre, as the metro train station is too far to walk under the hot sun, ie, about 30 minutes. At night, not safe to walk through lonely path across the hospital. The room is big, but not very clean, and the carpet flooring is smelly. The reception desk has only one staff, and quite friendly, but inexperience, as l was given a "smoking room" to stay. The windows are not properly secured, and very dangerous for kids, as the latch could be opened easily. Breakfast is normal with the typical Malaysian and Western food, but very limited varieties. Will not go back there again !

Nice location .. depending on time
The hotel location is smack in the middle of the Kelang Valley. The hotel is linked to a private hospital located next to it. In front is Institut Jantung Negara. A very well known government hospital specialising in human Heart and associated disease. Access to the hotel should be done during non peak time - 10am-12pm or after 7pm/ There is a large park a few km away. You will need to take a car to access the park but it is well worth it.

Not recomended at all unless you don't have a choice.
I've stayed at the hotel once and that would be the last time. Like others, the only reason why people choose this place is because it is just a walking distance to IJN, Hospital Pusrawi and HKL. If you have no business at these places, don't bother to spend a night here. I have no grouse regarding the room. The room seems fine by me. It has comfy beds, tea/coffee making facilities and hot shower. But the biggest complaint goes to the breakfast served in the cafeteria. For me the food is like the one you can easily get from any kedai nasi campur in KL. I had a plate of nasi lemak in which I certainly did not enjoy because the sambal tasted so 'watery'. When I tried the toast, I was forced to eat it with margerine instead of butter. The worst part was the cafeteria didn't actually have creamer for the coffee.
