Very Good

645 Traveloka customers have stayed in this hotel and given reviews:

The check-in was smooth and staff were friendly. The room was comfortable for me to do my work and for me to rest when the day was done. I did not take any meal there so there was no review on the food served at the hotel. The main plus was the location which is just a walking distance to the transport hub KL Sentral.
Good location. Walking distance to kl sentral.
The service of the hotel is suitable with the price
The location is very closed to the hospital and comfortable. We really enjoy stayed at this hotel.
It's good and clean also. But the AC was not to cold
A great service provided when facing problem
Nice and comfortable hotel. very near to mall and kl sentral
Good location hotel. Near to KL Sentral station.
So comfortable, I like this hotel I like their service
It's bad experience, too expensive, not worth 3 stars hotel because: 1. Air Conditioning ran very noisy, the sound is like a truck engine sound, we can not sleep at all. 2. The fridge didn't work at all. We put 2 fresh water bottle in it at night but in the morning when we took them out, they are not cold at all. Ask them to fix they came and checked a bit then they said they would replace by another fridge for us. They brought a new one but then when we checked in the morning, it's the same, not cold at all. Our room is 121.

not great
so lets start with the staff. They were fine, I read some reviews and was concerned but the check in was nice and friendly and the staff though shy were very efficient. Ok so the actual hotel, not everywhere I stay can be a 4 or 5 star hotel and I am lucky, not every one can afford 4 or 5 star hotels. I also recognise from my student traveler days that hotels like this are a vital part of budget travelling. I am sure that if you want to see KL on a budget this hotel is great. It's in a great location right next to the MRT. It's in a very lively and interesting area "little India" and the food available around the hotel is cheap and delicious. All that said, the rooms are very tired. I had a suite on the 15th floor. I was very great full as I am sure the lower floors are quite noisy. The rooms are very clean but tired. If i were a loan traveler particularly a woman i think reception would have unsettled me. I checked in late at 11pm and the seating was occupied by mostly men of varying nationalities and they were dressed quite roughly, probably all charming but its the perception isn't it. The hotel felt a bit like anyone could walk in and get in the lift as there was no key card access to the upper floors. This is something i feel is an important part of any hotel. In the room the kettle only worked after a few attempts the button was very hit and miss. There was no room service or information about the hotel in the room. Breakfast was basic, the western option was eggs and a sausage, the Indian was Chani Roti and samosa (they were delicious) the coffee was almost gone and rather luke warm, the taste was of watery Nescafé. There was some fruit. So as i said very much a 2 stars from me, i suspect in most guides it would be a 3 star. I wouldn't stay again, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, thankfully great budget hotels do exist and they don't have to be tired and air bnb should force hotels like this to really up their game or simply go bust. This price level of accommodation is necessary economically but there is no excuse for tired old musty rooms anymore.

Good Stay
Stayed for 3nights here. The 3rd night i wrongly booked the room category online but the lovely chinese lady at the FO counter (she wore glasses but didnt wear a nametag so couldnt get her name) was kind enough to allow me to continue my stay in the same room. Check in was smooth, room was kinda small but the facilities inside were good & comfortable. The hot shower water pressure was good & the airconditioning was excellent . Only thing wished that the single beds were super single like those in the other sentral sister hotels. The breakfast was average. The noodles was a bit salty & baked beans was too watery. The orange juice tasted kinda stale.. I also wished they had an egg station instead of ready made eggs. Location was strategic with eateries & shopping within walking distances. It is also easy access to public transportation. Overall, it was a good stay.

This is my second visit to the hotel after a couple of years and nothing much have changed. My room was in the 15th floor and so not much noise or disturbance. This was the top most floor which had the suites and executive deluxe rooms. My executive deluxe room was cleaned and in good condition when I entered and was of an average size ok for a couple. The bathroom had very basic toiletries and was a bit small. I stayed for 4 days and the room was regularly cleaned and provided with fresh towels. The provisions for tea and coffee was there but very limited in choice or supply. Had some hot water issues on the 3rd night and was resolved within 12 hours meaning no hot water for bathing for a few hours. I could sleep well and had no trouble with unwanted disturbance. The response of the reception over the phone was not very satisfying and once I had to go down 15 floors to follow up on the hot water issue. Most of the reception staff were only doing their duties and were hardly bothered to interact in a friendly manner with the guests. The breakfast had a practical spread with limited choices. Egg, fried rice, noodle, roti and dhal were among the regular cooked items and for me roti and dhal was a better choice than the rest. The choice of fruits was very limited. The guava juice was satisfying however the tea and coffee was not satisfying. Overall I found the hotel to be very convenient as it is located a few metres away from the KL Sentral station where you can reach from the airport (KLIA) in about 30 mins and then walk to the hotel. The walk is also quite convenient and with a lot of food and transport options in the locality it is practical choice for people who are ready to compromise on luxury and quality.

Good Location, Poor quality sleep
Take this hotel only if you need to be in this area for business or connecting transport to go elsewhere. The MonoRail is just metres away from the hotel. Access to LRT / Komuter Train and Airport Express are nearby and convenient. Room 211 is average. The bathroom is a not good, the bad odour possibly due to the drainage system which is poorly maintained. A deposit at front Office is required (Rm50) upon check in.

great location & great value for money
I booked the hotel room 5 hours before I checked in and I was only paying RM 100 for the room. The room is pretty basic but complete with necessities such as TV, hairdryer, fridge, coffee and toileteries. This hotel is just a walking distance from Nu sentral and KL sentral and that makes it very convenient for me as KL central is the transportation hub in Kuala Lumpur. However the only thing that i dislike is that you can hear the noise from the train as its very near to the hotel but overall, its a good hotel
