Family vacation
Where do I start? The lobby was hot, filled with dirt as there was a huge construction opposite the hotel, it was smelly, not even air conditioned... Hot water in the room took nearly 15 minutes to get warm for a shower, the room was not cleaned for two days... No clean towels for two days... Air-condition was noisy and also not cold so I was sweating to try to sleep... I checked out on the 12th March at 2.00am and now staying at the Holiday Inn Express much better by 200%...

Family vacation
In the pictures everything looked majestic but when I went there rooms and services both were in a very poor condition. There was mold everywhere in the room and the complimentary items were always incomplete. Washroom had clogged sink and bathing space. Also, pillows were yellow because of old age and there was some blood on the quilt cover which was later on unwillingly changed by the room service. Towels were old and in tatters. Room was so dark that you cannot read anything. There was smell in the corridors like it was a barn previously. I stayed there for four days and the breakfast was awful with no eggs ever served. In short, it was an awful experience for me and my family...
