It does not fit with the name as Hotel Seri Malaysia when simple Malaysian menu for breakfast is not available, since no lift services we have to wait for cleaner service to pick up our luggage from 1st floor to reception area almost 30mins before check out and the toilet is not maintain well
Hotel utilities need to upgrade
The hotel must do the renovation to upgrade hotel level

It is not okay because the smell is bad
We expect to use swimming pool facilities, but the swimming pool has separate management and we have to pay RM5 per head.
Bathrooms are so dirty. Very dirty. Pillow was too hard. Not comfortable
Bathrooms are too small and dirty.
The price and room are reasonable and suitable for family with budget.
I give 2 star. need to pay for swimming pool. room no fridge and cable TV

Good Room Service
This hotel has a good location right by the train and bus stations. Our room was standard for a hotel of this class, although the internet was poor. The highlight of our stay was our riom service order: the food was cheap and tasty. Note also that the hotel no longer has a pool. It has been sold off to another operator and guests have to pay to enter. Plus, it is closed on Mondays.

Disabled friendly
We opted for this hotel as we wanted to stay just a night for my nephew's wedding. It is expected that the hotel is old. But i was surprised to know that all rooms are situated on the first floor onwards. Which inconvenient for my mom, who is old and my sis who's having minor arthritis. Thank God all our rooms (3 family rooms) are on the first floor otherwise i would have cancelled the stay. The rooms were cleaned except that it's old and the bathroom is quite small. Food was just okay. Recommend for those who are : 1. under budget 2. couples 3. not fussy 4. one night stay But if you are not all the above, please spend a little bit more for a better hotel.

Fair enough
The hotel is situated in front of Sg Petani railway station, so if you traveling by train it's good enough, also if you wanna take a bus, just take a walk to UTC bus station, there's a plenty restaurant around the corner, and apparently there's also a market there, which I think sold traditional snacks in the morning.

stay away..invest for a better room in other hotel
i visited the hotel during a course. this room was picked by friend anyway. let me give the only plus point :its just across the train station ,good for those who took ETS to get here. Now comes the bad part. Its lenghty so behold. the experience wasnt good starting from the lobby, the staff who was entertaining us smell of cigarette! checking in took about 20minutes eventho it was online booked prior the check in. It got even worse after entering the room. the room is a standard open-by-key-room. no fancy keycards or anything. the bedding was even worse. the old carpet, the bedding was like a reminiscence into the 80's. faded purple comforter. the mattress is a so-so. got even creepier in the bathroom. the tap handle was broken! water still came out but still (replace the tap handle please). the subway tiles were literally taken from a subway as you can see its really yellow with mild cracking. just terrrible. The worst part was the breakfast next morning, i came down at 7.10am and the breakfast wasnt ready yet. we had to wait for like 15 mins later and we were served with tapao nasi lemak and roti canai that looked like bought from outside stall. 1 type of fruit i cant recall. tea and coffee and thats just it. its pretty lengthy but sorry the experience was terrible thats all i have to say. get it together dear manager.

Kinda creepy
Kinda creepy during my night stay👻 I stayed 3D2N, I checked in around 8pm. I'm traveling from KL and stucked in a very bad jammed. I was hoping that I could have a good rest but unfortunately on that night I have to sleep in a dark, hot and creepy room. Because there was no electricity for hours. I'm so pissed off because I'm exhausted and I want to have nice sleep. It same goes during having breakfast on the next day. Blackout occurred several times. I don't know either these are common or not but please improve it. Thank you
