We're arrive around 11.30pm hoping that we can go right in as our booking for family room via web for more than 2 weeks back was already confirmed by the hotel earlier. However during the check in they said the family room was already use by someone else and we were given another room which condition are not really proper to be use. Door can't be lock from outside so anyone can just pop into our room if no one lock it from the inside, big black stain on the bed sheet and lot of of stain everywhere, no TV as they said the whole hotel TV are breakdown due to thunderstorm last night, there are dangerous small nail coming out from the table which can easily hurt you if you're not aware. Very serious safety issue. Fortunately water heater and electric kettle are still able to be use at least we can still use shower and boil some hot water to ease all the necessary surprise. This hotel is simply not recommended for those who want to stay more than 1 day.

Only 200 m from Senai Airport, JB. Good Halal Food in the neighbourhood. Good Moslem Hotel Rule for Muhrim Guests.

It 's conveniently located 2 mins from the airport by walk. Good wifi connection. Next to the hotel there are tea garden restaurant, McD, and 24h grocery store. Beds were comfortable and clean. TV did not work when we stayed there but we did not need TV fortunately.

It was nice since the hotel is very near the airport. It very helpful when we got night flight. The room is clean and soundproof, although its in front of the main road of the airport but the room is quite.

I checked in room 101 at 1600 for the family room. There was no electricity but I was told there is no problem with my room. So I continue checking in. Once I'm in my room, the air conditioner was ok. Room looks clean. Due to fasting I was a bit tired and lay down for a while as I realized one by one; 1. The TV channels are not working. 2. There was no water in the bathroom. 3. There is no mini bar. 4. The WiFi coverage not so great. I told the receptionist and the reason was due to maintenance by TNB contractor changing fuse and will be ok before the last light. I was not informed before checked in. Due to the holy month of Ramadhan, I know I'm being tested and so does other members of my family especially my 4 years old. I did not want to cancel my stay because of its strategic location with the airport and dining facilities for breaking the fast also suhoor. So we went out to nearest shopping center and came back after Iftar. The water and electric was back to normal. So we didn't have TV and minibar only now to keep my kids cool drinks for suhoor but was offered by the staff to use the main fridge below at their shop. It was suffice for the time being. As we're about to go to sleep my kid on the top bunk bed found out her bedsheet had black spots on them and couldn't be removed. I bare the experience and changed our sleeping arrangement. Now the ceiling starts to look peeled of as well as the wallpapers near the closet. Seems minor but add more stress previously. Finally, we were able to checked out in the morning. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Then management and maintenance of the hotel sucks. Making the experience worse I had to pay for the parking anyway since the parking attendant was not available at 0700. I had to leave and pay anyway since my flight in few hours. I hope the management would improve back the facilities and appearance since it is a great place and strategic near the airport. I would definitely booked again if the conditions improves. It is not at all suitable for a family experience.

Door lock was broken. Cannot lock from outside nor inside. Can only latch the chain from inside. Whole Room was dark as only corridor has lighting. Aircon was broken with casing opened but functioning satisfactorily. Shower head was slightly broken and leaking with water dripping non stop. No shower towers found in the room. The only advantage is short walking distance to the Senai Airport.

👎. The room does not have drinking water. Ask the counter staff 2 times, the answer is that the drinking water is finished (habis) 🙄. Room number 108.

I arrived at 10.30 at night, check in was very easy and fast, the receptionist was friendly, I ordered a queen room, but was given a twin, the TV could not turn on, the water heater was also off, the sheets had black spots, no soap and shampoo, the bathroom glass was worn out, very good location, lots of minimarkets and places to eat around it.
