Room is clean but no solution for water distrupion, guest need to find own waterto shower.

The room is spacious, and the toilet also nice. In the morning, I ask for an iron, but not available because another room use that iron, means the hotel only have one iron. I ask also for the hot water, but the water dispenser is broken at the ground floor. Customer service tip top and very helpful.

The place is clean and comfortable. But I’m surprised gate is locked after 12am, and it’s not mentioned or stated in house rules, I personally think it’s not reasonable.
