No windows but everything is great. The receptionist forgot to provide me my towels and toiletries though. This is my second time staying here and facing the same issue.

The location and the view from the room is nice. The rest is what you pay is what you get. I pay like RM33 per night so I have nothing much to complain at that price. You can hear the rats running on the ceilings. It is a bit noisy. The staffs are good, very friendly.

Nicw view but the rest....errrmm..
Nice view from the hotel but the rest is just so so. Noisy place, can hear the rats running on the ceilings. The bed is ok. The air con is cold. The staff is very friendly. I paid RM33 per night for I guess it is worth it to wake up and see the view.

Safe place with low cost budget
Been there during fasting month June 2016 with wife. We take room facing front, seaview + Filipino market. So far im concern, the room is okay, bedsheet, toilet clean/size okay. Welcome us Plus, u get fastspeed wifi as the modem just outside ur room that is receptionist table. Eventhough they didnt provide icebox inside room, they can lend theirs at the back to keep ur food/drinks cold awhile. The tourist spot just around u, at front got filipino market, at the back the have night market. a bit noisy at night but still can sleep cuz tired exhausted already walking day-n-night. Seafood attraction also around the corner, walking distance. After check out, i just walking seaside from hotel to Ferry jetty pulling my luggage bag without need to care bout taxi. *worth it within the budget

Cheap & highly recomeded for backpackers..
1)Staf so friendly 2)Room looks clean, tidy and refreshing room perfume.. 3)Nice wifi.. Seriously as multimedia & designer, i already testing ookla speed test. Their wifi result shown almost 1MB Download & Upload. 4)No extra charge if we request to have an extension cable like others hotel.. 5)Nice comfort pilow & matress 6) But thier television channel only had one channel which is malaysian television channel = TV3. 7)The location is too near with Kota Kinabalu main tourist attraction which is Philipines Market and The most cheapest fish & vaggies flea market. Seriously, when i arrived here from Kuala Lumpur. I really surprise when i looked my hotel are nearest kk attraction point. 8) If you dont mine about noisy, u will get so many experience in here..

WORST TIME OF MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE
I only stayed there for 5 hours and it was hell. I brought fabreeze to mask the human waste smell coming from the air con and insect killer, but even that wasn't enough to kill the ball sized cockroachs that ruined my life and jumping all over the walls, bed, EVERYWHERE . If you would like to get eaten alive by cockroaches then be my guest. PERIOD STAINS ON SHEETS. The location is very close to Philippine market but quite difficult to find at first. Even the locals warned us that the area is not not safe to walk at night. All in all one of the worst experiences and worst hotel I have been to and will not be coming back.

Perfect place to stay!
Frankly said at first I wasn't that confidence to stay here as I've never been to any budget hotel. And plus we both girls but as we reached there, the staff warmly welcomed us. And the great thing is it is a strategic place where u can easily go to any shopping mall, bus stop and pasar malam to buy souvenirs. Wifi is strong and the air conditioner working well. I feel safe staying here anyway for 4 days and 3 nights. I will surely come to this place again. Thank you to the staff for serving us well :)
