Family vacation
The room is not very clean. I'm booked for beach view but I got trees view.. 😂 The staff is very helpful and nice but the breakfast is not good at all. Thank you.

The resort is quite comfortable. Got a friendly service but a little disappointed. My friend left something in the room .. when the follow up with the resort said the item did exist but to this day it is not available.

Important Note
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. General Check-in Instructions
Meeting point for boat transfer is at Jerejak Resort Jetty. Car park is available at jetty, first come first serve basis. All guests are required to take 10-minute speed boat ride to the resort from Jerejak Resort Jetty. Boat transfer is not included in the room rates and has to be booked prior to your arrival. Please contact 60 4 2938331 or email info.jir@jerejakislandresort.com for arrangement. The last boat to the resort departs at 9pm. ========================================================== All children are welcome. Children age 12 and above will be considered as adult. There is no capacity for extra bed in the room. Baby crib is available at no cost and subject to availability. Pets are strictly not allowed in the resort. ========================================================= Effective from 1 June 2014, Penang Local Government Fee imposed on all hotel guests in Penang and the rates vary according to the type of hotel the guest is staying in. RM3.00 will be charged per room per night for 4-star and 5-star hotels and RM2.00 will be charged per room per night for 3-star hotels and below. This amount is to be collected by the Hotel, on behalf of the RMDC upon check-out. *Local Council Tax will be exempted from July 1 to December 31, 2020.* ========================================================== A mandatory RM10 Tourism Tax (TTx) will be imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room per night basis to all non-Malaysian guests. This is imposed by Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMDC) effective from September 2017. This amount is to be collected by the Hotel, on behalf of the RMDC upon check-out.
