So much better than the room.we got previously and more spacious too. Away from the bustling road sounds with room without windows.
I've always booked at JW whenever I visit Malacca... at least 3-6 times a year. However this time our room 13 was facing the main road where you can see Aeon and across the supplies room. There were noisy motorists speeding from 12am to 3am... I fell asleep at 3am onwards. Supplies room is noisy in the day.

A great hotel room, nearby Melaka city town!
I've been there for 1 night the staff very friendly also the manager I think she such as friendly and recommend us to eat famous chicken rice ee ji ban, and also the 88 nyonya asam laksa thank you.
Very spacious room, comfortable and worth of money. Will come again after this. Thank you JW Boutique Hotel
Strategic location. Far from heavy traffic. Near to most of favorite/popular places. So quiet all time. Really nice hotel. But not really suitable for romantic vacation. Not really soundproof.
Very nice, near to shopping center.
The service is good. The room also is the best and enough for two people
Best and comfortable room. Good for shopping

Thank you!!
Great budget choice if Jonker st is full. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. They can call you a grab taxi and you are 10 minutes away from Jonker st. And it is across from a mall with shopping or decent place to eat. Thank you to the staff for all their help.

New but dirty
1. Thought the room was clean until i saw there's quite an amount of brownish, melted powder stain on the floor beside the bed, tried to wipe off some with wet tissue to make sure it can be cleaned, called reception to ask for room change, they send me the housekeeping instead saying the room is fully booked. 5 mins later a guy came and ask with unfriendly tone(like i made a complain randomly?) and wipe off with a mop, but intended to leave when it's still 30% stain on the floor, i told him it's still dirty can't you see? only he made some more effort to clean. Oh btw, he never take off his slipper while cleaning, and there's no indoor slipper provided. 2. Put my mobile on the bedside cabinet, and feel powered/ dusty on the phone case 2. Stains on the blanket 3. Dirty inside toilet bowl 4. Aircon controller is not working 5. Bad soundproof, can hear sounds from the room beside and corridor Stayed in the standard queen room for RM94/night, 10 mins drive to Jonker Street, there are much more choices out there. Front desk attitude was fine though.

A piece of Art !
I stayed here on 11th and 12th August . I found JW Boutique Hotel a pleasant place compared to the others I have stayed in. It was only natural that I came again on 18th. Due to the short stay, I took the standard room which was without a window. I was deceived by the wall painting depicting an open window with a view ! A REAL PIECE OF ART. Prior to this, I will always ask for a room with a window. This will be my hidden treasure forever ! However, good things are meant to be shared so I hope to be able to get a room in future when I visit again Being an ex-hotelier myself, I give top marks for cleanliness, safety, availability of parking, proximity to food and shopping outlets . Pleasant ambience of the reception area and the rooms and last but not least, the friendly staff. This will be my regular place from now onwards. Perfect Short Stay!
Hotel & Location: Good option if you drive to Malacca / taking Uber and want to save up - spend less for a simple clean room. Located away from town center, i.e.; Jonker St., Riverside, etc.; 15mins drive to town during peak hours & around RM6-8/way by Uber. But the hotel is right opposite Aeon Mall for shopping, dining & GSC Cinema. Surrounded by a new commercial area - restaurants, cafes, gym, banks, etc. Ample of free carparks and so far, very safe throughout the night. Fast & free WIFI inside the room. Advantage; Quite centrally located in-between the town center and the famous breakfast spot - Roti Canai & Nasi Lemak Kayu Arang. Room: We stayed 2 nights in their standard room with No Window, you cant tell if its bright outside, especially early morning but it's okay for us. Very clean, simple modern room. Interesting wall deco - random road signs around Malacca.

simple comfortable stay
simple and clean room. comfortable set up. clever use of space. staff friendly and ample parking lots and night. Only drawback is the area lacking of convenient store and varieties of food (have lots of coffee shop, Western and even a Korean, but the only local cuisine we found was a satay celup).
