Ada one receptionist; a girl; sangat tak friendly. But the Indian guy was good. That girl, I sampai dah malam, suppposely layan customer nak check-in dulu. Ini tak, sempat lagi layan her friends nak snap picture dekat lobby. Dah kena tunggu about 5-10 minutes. Lepastu, that girl kata hotel ni tak terima booking by Trevaloka and tak penah dengar pun Trevaloka ni apa. I dah start nak badmood suruh dia cek balik email and give my booking number watsoever and keep telling me memang tak terima my booking. Sampai I called customer service Trevaloka pun dia kata booking I tak ada masalah and payment pun dah complete. Geram sangat then I suruh that girl call her manager, then dia baru tahu hotel ni boleh terima by Trevaloka. Overall this hotel was okay, only the girl should up to date and more alert next time.
