Hair on hair rubber band on the bed, definitely did not change the bed sheets. Did not clean the coffee table. Even the toilet they didn't clean up.

Hotel price is 5 star but hospitality and facilities is not more than budget hotel, its not worth it to stay here. Water presure is very slow, no hygiene they don't change your comforter, pillow case and so on, event towel they don't change. I'm not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Hotel interior is beautiful but showers are clogged. The stagnant water almost overflowed into the outside of the shower time room. The staff who cleaned the room was only 2 people. We checked in the booth, but the booth was not ready to be packed for check in. The strong smell of cigarettes is crazy. The management said the maintenance team will no longer be the reason for the pkp, so people have to do everything. The clerk at the pound counter was alone. The pool is not sure if you can take a shower. Deserve 2 stars out of 5 stars.
