Booked at the very last minute on the day of travel itself. The hotel managed to accommodate to all my requests. Definitely had a good 3 days here and will come back in the future! The best thing about the resort would be the staff. From the front desk to the ones manning the restaurants, they did a very good job. Very quick check in, prompt services with the food, nothing much to complain about the services from the staff.

I got a very good deal on traveloka for the room price including sahur. I assume that it is only packed sahur but surprisingly it is a buffet. Room is upgraded from the old grand darul makmur. It is very spacious and the ambience is very nice. Though it is non smoking room, worry not because they have balcony.

Whenever I travel to Kuantan, this is my favourite hotel to stay at. usually travelling alone, this hotel is more than enough accommodation for me. with strategic location, nice breakfast provided and very affordable price, I would say this is totally value for money. obviously it is not the 5 star hotel category but if anyone looking just for a place to stay for a nice rest, this hotel is a more than good option

Check-in and check-out was smooth. No issues at all. Although the Hotel was a bit rundown, but nothing major considering the price. Hope they maintain and improve the quality of the room, relatively with the room prices.

Great to be back at the same room after COVID. Although just a short stay in Kuantan but this hotel is just the best place to unwind. Breathtaking views overlooking the river and the South China Sea at a distant. At night just stroll along the river bank towards the tower. Take the opportunity to see the night views from the observation deck then makan makan at the Japanese restaurant there. Overall we are satisfied with our stay in the hotel. Breakfast was good with local menus and limited western breakfast. Love the nasi lemak and roti canai. Very tasty and delicious. Only comment for improvement: the bed is getting hard may be its time to change ya.
