For the fifth times I'm going here with my family, it 's just nice, comfortable, and a good surrounding. Thank you very much concorde and all of staff.

Room is clean. Near theme park and waterpark.

The staffs were friendly. The room was decent. I had a good night. The pillows, bed were great.

This hotel should not be entitled to a 5 star hotel. Old facilities, water heater rooms take a long time to heat up. Long wait to use the guest lift due to many government events here. Room with low sound proofing, we even can hear chatting and laughing from the next room. Small swimming pool. And the most disappointing was the breakfast dishes, no variety for pastry especially for bread and cake, only one main course at one time. Not variety at all. So disappointed. Not recommended and come again. The good thing is the workers were very friendly and helpful.

The room was OK but the TV signal quite poor. Even after auto tuning still the same. As for that day, the WIFI in my room was not functioning. Informed the front desk about the problem and they will look into it.

The location is peaceful can rest well at night. The staff is very helpful.

Booked d hotel for my parents. My mom said everything was good and comfortable. The food was good as well. Thanks.
