Room 3002: AOD: 1. Better to have a floor mat for the bathroom. Otherwise, the floor will always wet once out of the bathroom. 2. Has main lighting/bulb. Not everyone enjoys dim light. Quite dark due to very limited lighting, no main light. 3. Repair sink water pressure. Bathroom, sink low water pressure. A wall was full of watermarks. 4. Marble under the shower is broken, which may cause a hazard. 5. Old curtain with some parts has tears. AOS: 1. The room has no funny smell. Which is good. 2. Room size is fair with the price paid. 3. Quite a fast service - call to reception to request for 1 prayer mat + 1-floor mat for bathroom. Got it in 5 minutes:) 4. No deposit is required upon check-in. Check-in and check out process is very quick and smooth. Less than 2 minutes each. 5. Queen bed + small wall mirror + TV + table and chair. Overall room is quite clean, the bed looks tidy. Okay for a minimum night stay. We got nasi lemak bungkus for breakfast+ 1 sachet of instant coffee.

This is my 2nd time staying. My room is near to the swimming pool and small road, can hear the children make noise sound and car and airplane pass by sound. The toilet esp bathtub is very dusty, have lots of stains, the room floor very dirty. It’s dirtier than my house as I come here to relax. We have to clean it again. We won’t come back again.
