the place is good well organized and reasonable with the price but I have stayed in first floor which is under walk way in second floor so the sound of people walk so disturbing and really annoying. if the owner can maintenance and putting the sound absorbance then would be better.
- Backpacking
It’s a very nice place, and the room is big. It’s shared toilet though. But the staff has been kind, and the place is clean. I recommend this if you don’t mind shared toilet. It’s walking distance to the night market as well!

My stay here is good and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Besides, it is an Instaworthy place. However, the only problem here is, I can hear the snoring sound from the next door as it is a partition room.
- Backpacking
Near to Jonker street. Got a very big room for 5 persons. But because we got the 1st floor room, so the foot steps from other guests upstair are very loud due to the wooden floor.
Had a pleasant stay here. Highly recommended to travellers working on a budget.

Room 5 is a bad room.. outside noise can hear very clear.. wooden ceiling makes lots of noise when someone walks on it.. If you drive your own car, very difficult to find parking around there..
- Family vacation
Great place to stay in Jonker Area.
- Business travel
It was a bad experience. I arrived at 12 mid night to check in and was told that I had to pay RM 5 per hour. That's so strange because normally guests are charged for late check out but this place charge for late check-in! I had to agree as it was midnight and had no other choice. But upon my check-out at 12 noon, I was told that I had to pay RM per hour for the staff over-time now. I disputed that additional charges as I was told it was RM 5 initially. The reception girl kept on insisting it was their policy. There was no towel provided until I had to ask the handyman. No one was around at most times at the reception. When I arrived all I had to do was called the number that was written on the notice board on the main door. The guy appeared from his probably TV sessions or chilling out in his room and just check me in within 5 mins. I wonder why I had to pay for the staff overtime? The worst place to stay in Malacca!
- Family vacation
more than our expectation. everything was great because location near more attraction in Melaka and room for 3 persons is big and comfortable. my mom (73 years old) can walk around jonker street because near the guesthouse.
