Very nice place. will recommence to my family and friend
We choose to stay at Layang Layang for our team outing. Convenient, affordable and good place to hang out.
Great stay, excelleny host.
The toilet condition needed to be improve, everything else are great.
The guesthouse was great! Accessible to Jonker St. in just few steps away. However if you travel with wanting your outfit to be ironed, the iron steam in the guesthouse was not working well. Best if you could bring your travel iron. Clean bathroom. Perfect for backpacking
A nice place with a nice staff.
Love the guest house. It has such unique and artsy look plus you get to experience staying in traditional Malacca's house. It is 2 minutes away from Jonker Street, which is one of the main tourist attraction here, so it's really convenient.
Clean, comfortable stay and the location is strategic.
I recommend this place. For sure if I'll go back to Melaka I will stay in this hotel again.

Not good for families
We choose this guest house based on previous reviews only to be disappointed. Great location and ac but not suitable for children. The place is noisy. The rooms don't have windows. The shared toilet and showers were not clean. There were lots of mosquitoes around the showers probably due to the indoor fountain. It's over priced. There are lots of better places in the area.

Boutique Calm Guest House
We had a great stay at this perfectly located cute guest house. We had a room with a window to the street on the second floor and it was great. This meant we had all the noises of Malacca - party bikes and all. We enjoyed this but Woz and Loz do like to party, others do not. Shared bathroom and shoes, otherwise bare feet. Loz felt very natural and peaceful here while Woz was less relaxed due to fears of tinnea. Staff were accommodating and friendly. We loved Malacca and Layang Layang only added to this, would definitely return.

Very chill nice place. Noisy though.
All you could want in a hostel. The staff is helpful and friendly and there seemed to be lots of fun people hanging about. The rooms are very basic, but comfortable. Bathroom facilities are shared, but clean and convenient enough. The only problem I had is the building blocks no noise at all. Don't even try to go to bed before midnight. Between the trike drivers blasting music and fireworks (it was Chinese New Year when I visited) it won't happen. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Feels like home
Stayed for 2 nights and was a heart warming stay. It is clean, neat and cool. One thing I would recommend to change is the material from the bedroom wall. Although the noises could not be tolerated. It is still a 4/5. Looking forward on future stay!

Great location
I stayed at Mori Residence but I had the opportunity to spend time in their common areas at Layang Layang and the staff were very friendly and helpful with maps and intructions for dinner and going around. There is a free renting for bicycle.
