As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city: MYR 2.00 per accommodation, per night
• Cleaning fee: MYR 50 per accommodation, per night
A damage deposit of MYR 200 will be collected before check-in. Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
