Nice room, nice location, reasonable price and value for money. Just facing small problem at my stay, shower head holder broken other than that its wonderful experience.

I booked via agent, when I went there to check in, they said the rooms fully booked. and I need to wait for almost half an hour to check the availability of the room. if they were no rooms available, why didn't the hotel show the room were not available?

The Wi-Fi is not working at all, AC making noises and the customer service not pleasant. While we complaining she is watching from her cell phone. she did not pay full attention on our complain. Until one of us said - would you stop watching your phone and pay attention to us. We want her call the managers to reset the router/Wi-Fi. at the end the answer manager will come 1 hour later --- but "forget it". Big no no to stay there again - not recommend!

Overall the stay was ok but for a 2 night stay, they should've empty the dustbin. For extra pillow, you need to pay RM10 for it and for iron you need to pay RM50 and I was shocked, luckily my sister stay nearby so she brought her iron for us
