Perfect location with calming sea view. Extremely comfortable mattress and pillows that forced me to look out for the brand. Towels smell fresh and staff are polite and helpful. AC and water pressure were more than sufficient. They use smart TV with good selection of movies in case you decided to stay in room. Breakfast is limited but taste is above average. In terms of room cleanliness, there's a need for improvement. Balcony area was neglected by housekeeper. I saw at least 2 lizard dropping on the chair and bathtub. A bit dusty around the corner too. Regardless I will come again for the perfect view this place has to offer.

The room and environment is superb except it is located beside a mosque. You will be waken up by a noisy praying session with loud speaker at 6am.

Cons: Hotel lobby slightly far and not convenience enough when reached. No one will help to unload and load your items and show you where the lobby for check in. Walkway to lobby currently under renovation and the signage for direction are confusing and you have to pull your luggage on uneven road. Bathrobe provided in the room not clean and tearing off. Mirror, glass door, mosaic, shower and sink in the toilet dirty. Look like the cleaner just clean the toilet bowl only. Need to pay RM6 if you need extra water bottle. Ridiculous! Stain on the bedsheet. No food delivery are allowed to enter the hotel. You need to go and collect by yourself at guard house. 2 cafe 's under renovation and its messy everywhere. Expect less when you plan to stay here. Pros: Less occupancy compared with others hotel. Nice garden and near to the beach.

I had the most pleasant stay here. Celebrate my first anniversary with husband and my little one. Highly recommended to those couple and family. We booked premier garden room and the view was stunning the best!! They used smart tv & we can choose a free movie. Definitely come back soon!! Oh ya! We also ordered in room dining char kuew teow and it was good. We also had a picnic with the package from the pines hotel too. Best food and nice deco! Affordable with the package. Their pool also huge and have adult & kids pool. The ambience was very close to the nature and only short step to the Batu Ferringhi beach. Love love love!
