How to Get to the Muaz Guesthouse
Nowadays, travelling to Kuala Terengganu is easy as there are a number of travel options available. For those who do not mind driving, Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Terengganu will take a good five hours to reach via the Karak Highway and the East Coast Highway. The travelling time mostly depends on the traffic condition. If driving is not something to look forward to, take the express bus from the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan in Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Terengganu. The bus express trip takes about six to seven hours to complete, depending on the traffic conditions and also the stops taken by the driver. An express bus ticket starts from RM 43 for a one-way trip. The fastest way to get from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Terengganu is by taking a flight. Kuala Terengganu has an international airport just twenty minutes away from the Muaz Guesthouse. There are taxis available at the arrival terminal of the airport that are willing for passengers to their destinations in Kuala Terengganu.
Different Types of Room at the Muaz Guesthouse
Muaz Guesthouse is a guesthouse, so none of the rooms in the unit are up to rent individually. The house where Muaz Guesthouse is located at is a double-storey house in a residential area. The house is gated to ensure the safety of people who are staying there. The terraced house is huge with four bedrooms that may sleep seven people comfortably. The first two rooms of the guesthouse have one large Double bed, each. Two rooms have a Single-sized bed each while the last room has two Single-sized beds. The rooms are all air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. There are several bathrooms throughout the guesthouse. The bathrooms have toilets and showers with hot water.
The living room of the Muaz Guesthouse is equipped with two sofa beds which means two more people can sleep comfortably. There is also a television set in the living room. The guesthouse also has a dining room complete with dining table. The kitchen in the guesthouse is sparsely furnished with a medium-sized refrigerator, a toaster and also a small electric kettle. There are a few bottled water for the guests to drink.
All areas of the house are equipped with Wi-Fi connections that the guests may use freely.

Restaurant and Café at Muaz Guesthouse
There is no restaurant or café in the guesthouse or within the residential areas. There are restaurants located nearby, but driving might be required.
Activities and Facilities of the Muaz Guesthouse
Facilities of the Muaz Guesthouse are limited. Since the guesthouse is a gated, terraced house, it has its own parking space. The parking space, within the gated area, may fit two cars at a time. Apart from that, the guesthouse has its own washing machine that the guests may use to wash their clothes.

Chinatown, Kuala Terengganu - Kuala Terengganu owns Chinatown is located along the Jalan Bandar, near the river mouth of Terengganu River. It first settled here some 300 years ago. This small town is beautiful, filled with colourful shophouses on both sides of the road. The Chinatown of Terengganu still keeps the traditional vibes of the people. Here, guests may find the traditional grocery shops, markets, kopitiams and restaurants that carry the aura of being a Chinese in Terengganu. Most of the shops in the Chinatown still keeps the traditional settings, designs and most importantly, the taste of their dishes. The Chinatown is just two kilometres away from the Muaz Guesthouse.
Pasar Payang - Pasar Payang is by far one of the must-visit destinations in Kuala Terengganu. Pasar Payang is a marketplace where people may find everything that they wanted, all under one roof. Traditional clothes, beautiful batiks, silks, and other handicrafts are aplenty here. It is also the place to go to find great, traditional snacks of Terengganu. The Pasar Payang has great choices in fish crackers, one of Terengganu’s best-known snacks.
