Shocking
Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. We arrived very late, the receptionist was slow, barely said two words to us. We got in to our room and pulled back one side of the bed, to find black pubic looking hair all through out. Then pulled back the other side to find the same (we are talking very visible - decent amount, that we saw straight away). Also to find stains on the sheets - from god knows what.. but there were multiple. Was absolutely disgusting. But because it was 3am we could not be bothered dealing with the staff nor waiting around for another how ever long it would take to get it sorted. So being travellers and only staying one night we just got out our silk sleeping bag liners and put tshirts over our pillows and went to sleep but it was shocking we were disgusted. I've never seen anything so gross in a hotel. The toilet was unclean, dried urine on the seat. The floor was dirty. A used bar of soap, sitting above the sink. The walls are not sound proof so you can hear everything all night - people coming in and out, people talking etc. when we got up in the morning it was pitch black our windows were covered with something on the outside, so we pulled back the curtains naturally to look and the whole curtain rail fell on to my friend. I guess you get what you pay for, it's a very cheap hotel. But the pictures on the hotel websites are far from the truth to say the least. Also not an ideal location, to be accessible to the city centre. I would recommend staying somewhere closer.

Best Value for Money... Best Location...
Neotel, Kaula Lumpur- A neat and clean hotel fulfills all your needs...Air-conditioned Room TV , Clean Queensize Bed, Right size bathroom with Geyser, Hot and cold drinking water & Ironing board with electric Iron, Clean environment, Terrace with a views covering Twin Towers, Tall buildings- start taking beautiful photos amid modern structures... Wondeful food- Famous Street Food, Market, Super Market, MRT- Mono rail station ( Chowkit ) at less than a KM, Bus station just outside, Little India, whole sale shopping of all goods is at walkable distance, You can spend 2full days just around Neotel- doing shopping, eating, watching busy road sitting at Bus Stand just few feet from the entrance of Neotel. You dont have to worry about your travel partners as they can come to their room 100times during the day because of nearness... All these you can enjoy with a wonderful staff at the Hotel Neotel at less than INR 1200/- for two per night.. They dont have restaurant but there are plenty outside at most affordable rate .. This was our 2nd round stay- 1st was in June 2016 and again in March 2017.. We tried many other hotel with 4 stars.. but this was good..!!

Good place to stay in the center of KL
The first impression of the hotel is so good. The room is big enough for one person only. The bathroom also nice with hot water as well. The other reason I love this hotel is it has a rooftop view with Petronas tower. It is so lovely to take a picture at night especially. It is so worth with the economic price.

Cheap budget hotel
Very cheap budget hotel. Area is not very nice, felt unsafe particularly at night. Very long walk to the city centre. Has a nice sky view of the KL towers. Daily clean of the room which is good but not when your trying to sleep. Shower was very powerful. Staff were ok. Would recommend staying more within the city centre as this is too far from everything.

This hotel in my own eyes
Advantages: 1. The receptionist can give you a promotion if you pay the rent at one go. I paid them 55rm/d for 3days once. It was a real bargain compared with those hotel booking sites. 2. There is a water heater around the corner, just next to the janitor's room, which allows me to make a cup of fantastic Chinese green tea. If you're the one who don't have a relatively deep pocket and fed up with airconless flea-infested guesthouse, all you need is plenty of instant noodles from MyDin(30 meters or something) then you can stay like a Taoist priest. 3. Some hotels or motels here in Malaysia require guests to take shoes off at the front door, even slipper. That's really inconvenient and embarrassing for me and I'm quite sure it'll bring something negative to personal hygiene. On the contrary, feel free to come in and out this hotel with shoes on. Shortcomings: 1. There's nearly no ideal Wi-Fi reception inside the room. 2. I have to take a 4 minutes walk from the hotel to the nearest mamak restaurant. And it's a so-so one. 3. There are some hangers on the wall in the toilet. But these are not enough to make my clothes dry shortly on account of humidity. I'll never use any laundry for fear of getting infected by some kind of germ, any one. So I do the cleaning all by myself always.
