Clean, comfortable and close to the business goals
Roads in the hallway between the hotel feels hot, because there was no air conditioning in the hallways, and rooms that we occupy (family room) may rarely cleaned, so when we entered, the room "smell" less savory, the blanket was dirty, breakfast lacking variety, then presenting it piecemeal, impressed stingy. expectations improved again.
Its location close to the tasty-mana2

A perfect hotel for a business meeting
While my room seemed smaller than I had expected, all of the amenities were there and I was impressed with the excellent breakfast buffet spread. My stay was a 3-day stay during which I spent most of my time inside a conference room. I wanted a comfortable place to go to while not working and the wifi was good.

2 of remotes for aircon and tv not working and was told to just manually switch on and off and change channels manually. The electrical flask is very rusty inside. When told not to make the bed but came back the bed was made.

Good Location, newly renovated but you need to stay away
The location is good. The hotel was renovated new. But with the bed bugs problem, you might reconsider to stay in this hotel. My parents were staying at room 319, yes, the room is spacious and clean. When it night time, my mother started itching around here body. All her skin area (body, leg, arm) had been bitten by bed bugs and condition was quite worse. They complained to the security and receptionist, at 12am, they had been changed room 321. In room 321, unfortunately the AC was not working but they did not informed the hotel as it was quite late. In the morning, the room cleaner had detected about the AC problem and told the staff to fixed it. So it was fixed. The bed bugs drama continues in room 321 until my parents bought an insect aerosol. My mother and father still bitten my the bed bugs, after been sprayed with insect aerosol, it was stopped for a while, then continued again. You need to continue to spray the insect aerosol. They stayed for 3 days, as all the payment had been paid through here, so they just decided to stay at the hotel even they were suffering. It was lesson for us. Might be the last one.

Great Location n Good Food
A recently refurbished hotel situated in one of three Indian food enclaves of Kuala Lumpur. Rooms are spacious & comfortable. A great place to stay & shop with Kamdar & Jakel flagship superstores nearby. So is Haniffas, Semua House, Citione. Not to mention goldsmiths like Jayalukas & Malabar. For Indian food connosuers, Sangeethas is at the lower level while Saravana Bhawan is opposite. KL's finest Punjabi restaurant & sweet shop Jai Hind is a 5min walk. For budget food, the food court behind Haniffas is a mere 3min walk. 3 MRT stations, Sogo, Masjid Jamek & Dewan Bandaraya are less then 10min walk away. Couldn't find a more exciting location. Only drawback is hotel doesn't have on site parking though there is street parking & the nearby multi storey car park behind Haniffas.

Loud but Convenient
Positives -- This hotel was clean and the air conditioning worked and was reliable. The location was okay, about 1/2 hr to the Petronas Towers, and a safe walk. There were no bugs in the room, and no mosquitos. There is a night market on the street right beside the hotel on Friday night. Negatives -- The traffic at night was *incredibly* loud. It sounded like race cars driving by -- perhaps the noise bounced off nearby buildings. And we didn't realize how close the mosque was -- the morning call to prayer was also very loud. Also the buffet breakfast was not healthy - white bread, some fried rice with fish, a few other things, but no fruit at all. (really bad for vegetarians). Also, the wifi was really inconsistent. But it wasn't too expensive. It's approximately 1 hr from KLIA 1 & 2 (Kuala Lumpur International Airport). We booked a fixed price taxi in the airport when we arrived, and for a minivan paid about 200 ringgit, and our friends who went via metered taxi paid less than this. On the way from the hotel to the airport for the same size vehicle we paid about 140 ringgit.
