But my check in process was horrible. I’d registered myself at 2 to ease everything. Came back for the access card at 3pm but I only got my room ready at 5pm.
Superb! Very exclusive hotel..the envirionment very nice..
Good but the food variety for breakfast was limited.
The check in process was bad. we had to wait about 1 hour and half to get a room.
So bored...it's not of 5 stars.
We were forced to wait for our room to be available in almost 4 hours. They run more than 400 rooms in a day but only 3 receptionist were available. A very long queue and yes! high chances to be cut off~ Anyway, worth the wait. No worry! Amazing environment! Comfortable rooms! Huge swimming pool! Superb breakfast!
I'm booking 1 month in advance but still need to waiting about 2 hours for my bedroom.
No cleanliness room carpet all very poor
Great! But please repair the bathtub.
Basement parking was spacious. Friendly staff. Bed was nice, clean and comfortable and I love the bathroom the most! The only downside was, in my opinion, a 5 star hotel should do better for the tv. Meal tastes okay and lots of variety to choose.

Run down but majestic hotel!
This hotel has been around and it really showed in the furnishing and quality. It must have been grand 20 years ago! The hotel is huge but looks rather good from the outside. The rooms are really jaded and old but still functioning. I don't think you can grade the rooms 5 star but the hotel facade and lobby and grounds do look majestic. Serious upgrade is required for the rooms. As for the service of the staff, the hotel is obviously understaffed and it was difficult to get anyone's attention. I checked in on a Sunday when there was a huge company event and the company staff really sent a bad vibe about the hotel. Their staff were literally everywhere and some were napping at the hotel corridors! How would you feel when you passed all these people when you are on your way to the room? The next day I switched on the House keeping service to tidy the room but it was not cleaned when we returned to hotel at 3.00 pm. Called the reception 3 times before the housekeeping staff arrived. By that time mind you the huge crowd had left and the hotel was very quiet and empty. So what is the problem with the staff that they have to be called 3 times. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you have a good discount or nowhere else to stay as the location is not ideal too although the hotel do provide shuttle service to KLCC and the Mines Shopping Fair (10 mins away).

Far away from expectations
This hotel looks good from photos. And believe it did make itself out years ago. You also can tell from the photos on the wall, and many awards the hotel received. However, it is not what you could experience now. The facilities and rooms seems so old and lack of maintenance. Daily room service is not working well. There are many mosquitoes in room. Front desk staffs required to be re-educated, I waited for over 10 minutes for checking in the morning, but nobody there! Only two thing good about this hotel: room space and breakfast.

Avoid this hotel! Worst ever hotel
This was the worst hotel we ever stayed and yet it is 5-stars hotel. Are you kidding? Everything from check-in to check-out was bad. Avoid this worst 5 stars hotel at all cost! Nothing to be desired except the bed. The bads: - Arrived at 1pm and was told the room was not ready and asked to come back after 2pm. We were check-in to an Executive Room at 2:15pm. - Fronk desk and all other staff were not friendly at all. - Musty smell as soon as entering the room. - Requested for additional drinking water and was told each bottle is chargeable at RM5. First time seeing this policy from a 5-star hotel. - Requested for additional towel and only arrived after 45mins and after 2nd call. - Shower head leaking and rusty - Emptied bottles of body wash and shampoo were not removed during housekeeping on our 2nd of 3-day stay. - Requested for additional toiletries and was told by front desk only 1 set of body wash, shampoo, and lotion is allowed per day. I told them I have used 1 body wash for bathtub and need another one for our shower and it was strictly denied saying it is the hotel's policy. What is this? The most stingy hotel we ever stayed and mind you its 5-star. Asked to speak to her manager. She routed the phone couple of times but the manager did not pick up. I gave up after couple of minutes wait. - Hotel key card was not working at the lift the 2nd day and needing rectification at front desk. Seems like common issue as another tourist was having the same issue. - 3-points wall plugs were limited and the panel came loose when removing plugs. - Hair dryer was stuck at fan speed 1, can't move to faster speed 2. - Electric kettle was not cleaned properly from previous guest. It has black sandy stuff inside when rinsing. The kettle did not auto-stop when water was boiled and as a result the handle was extremely hot to hold. - The pillows were not comfortable enough, a little hard and heavy. Need to have higher down to feather ratio. - There was a tiny metal strip (as shown in photo) between the linen and mattress pad. - Dated rooms and badly needed refurbishment asap. - Shuttle bus was 15mins late. The good: - The super king Getha latex bed with mattress pad together with crisp/soft lines was comfortable to sleep on and provide good back support. I am an active member of this hotel's time sharing and have been staying a couple of times in almost 10 years. What I noticed was the bad guests experiences were not rectified by management and overall this hotel is heading from bad to worst year after year. What a regret joining the membership for such a run down hotel with bad services. I will never return once my membership expires. Worst ever hotel with my worst ever review/ratings. Worst than a cheap hotel in KL
Arrive late (6pm) with family but still the room not ready.. better go to cheap street hotel.. they will serve you like 5 star service rather than this 5 star hotel that serve you like ****.. so not worth it..

Worst hotel experience ever
The room is not ready even at 4pm when the check in time is 2pm. Understandable for a 3 star hotel but this? No way. Even the room service hotline is not reachable. Such a disappointment Will never consider to stay here again.
