The hotel situated near IOI mall which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I check-in at 3 am and they are attentive to my request for connecting room. The main pool is still under renovation but kids pool can be use. Family friendly hotel. I love the food. Breakfast buffet very delicious especially the mini croissant. I had also try ala carte menu, mee mamak is the best. Compliment to the chef.

Incredible offer for such a facility with low price. we got a big room, almost like a junior suite and comes with breakfast. Wish the swimming pool is opened, but during this CMCO period, it's understandable. Would come back with my family after this pandemic is over. Though has to say that the furniture and fittings are a bit old but still ok, functional. Except for housekeeping service is a bit let down. I called asking for toothbrushes, but didn't get it.

Hi, I'm not the kind of fussy person. However, I'm in travelling mode for work. Tired and tried to get a good rest for the next day appointment. My experience was, the bathroom like a long time never been cleaned and used, smelly, the bath tub was dirty and can see some rusty at the steel area due to stagnant water for a long period. The bar soap like an old soap and never been replaced for a long time. No foam at all. Luckily I have standby shower gel in my bag. Most of the cabinets, drawer and the woods area covered by dusts. I can feel that the room was unoccupied for a long period. Cheap, but scary to sleep. #215

Room not ok like long time no chek in the room aircond no function and not complete. Compliant to chek aircond take 2 to 3 hours the technician come to see... 3 times technician disturb my privatecy. 😠

Check in was a bit slow even though not many people. The room was spacious. Furnitures are like 90s time. big pool. Breakfast is good. Overall it was a great stay.
