Great budget place to stay
This is my third visit to this great little resort over a six year period. The rooms are small but comfortable for two persons, a/c worked well and wifi was good in shared areas. The staff are all so nice and kind willing to help with anything you need. Hot and cold water for drinks available 24hrs and hot water for showers. Only 2 minutes to shops or beach although best beach 5 minutes away. Very quite place in the week but almost always busy at weekends. This is a very friendly place both guests and staff. Would recommend upstairs rooms as they have back door and door to balcony at front so feel larger as you have two sitting areas. Also ironing board and iron in shared area nice touch. Great watching hornbills from balcony and also monkeys.would always come back hete when in pangkor as manager always gives great room rates.

Inexpensive and excellent
Booked 7 rooms for our family gathering. Booking were made by phone about 4 months earlier since the date that we want fall on a long holidays. Very cheap and suited our budget. Rooms were clean but a bit small. Extra mattress provided in every room. Other furniture were a bit old but they did their job. Rooms were nicely arranged much to our liking and we can have a nice chat without leaving our room. Very near to the beach and there is a lot of hawker stalls and restaurants along the beach. Friendly and helpful Uncle manned the service counter. Feel free to ask anything you want to know about Pangkor or any activity to do here and he'll try to get the best value for you. Good WiFi reception in our rooms. There's a verandah for every room and we even have our meal here. It was a pleasant stay for us and I'll recommended this stay to everyone

Average stay
Plus points: great location, walking distance from lots of food and shops. 1 min to the beach. Lots of water sports right across the road. Basic amenities available such as hot water, double bed, extra mattress and pillows, good aircond. Outside shower facility of you're back from the beach. Minus points: no WiFi coverage at all, even though they claim to have it. Very poor noise insulation, you can hear everything. Very basic room which was quite cramped up. TV with only 2 channels, we're better without it. Absence of fridge, hair dryer, adequate toiletries. Suitable for families and friends trip, where you spend a lot of time outside. Not suitable for couples at all.
