This hotel has always been our family's choice if we came to Penang, especially in Batu Feringghi. We've been here so many times. Experience at this hotel will never be the same at other place. Everything is great, the staff, management is all good. We even lost our baby's towel as they mistakenly took while cleaning our room, they really look for it and managed to return it. Highly recommended for others to stay in here. Thanks ParkRoyal.

I had a wonderful time at gustoso by the beach restaurant. Amazing staffs with wonderful personalities. A very welcoming and warm environment to stay and chill. I had a wonderful experience at the Parkroyal hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! The best stay ever! The environment was pleasant and welcoming. The staff who served us were professional for serving us! I would like to personally say thank you to Mr. Jelani and one of your friendly and nice staff named Mr. Firdaus for helping and making this great experience for me and my fiance😊😊

A nice staycation with family..all the staff we met are so welcoming and generous with smile..the bed is so cozy and very comfortable..and the day bed is suprisingly big right..don't want to ask for an extra bed 🤠sorry I didn't take the breakfast package because most of the stalls in front of the resort are not open..i had to drive all the way to the stall infront of golden sand resort looking for breakfast 🤣 beware of jellyfish if you want to bathe on the beach..sbb my husband got stinging with jellyfish even though the resort is there location of the net.thankfully resort staff is available to spray vinegar over the counter..surely will revisit next time

The room overlooks the garden. Ask to face the sea, add Rm 300. Wow, 1 million rupiah, it doesn't matter what the price is for Indonesia. arbitrarily. Poor 5 star hotel Park Royal Hotel. Room 254.
