The room needs touch up a lot of water marks and sink inside the wash room need to replace.

Rooms was OK. Just about the towel please get ready before the guest check in. Certain Guest are not mind if the towel late to give to the guest, but for me it ' s a must to get ready the bath towel inside the room. The others was OK, room so big, cozy space, staff was friendly & helpful. 😊.

Hotel staff was friendly and answering questing when asked, but, for a weekend stay, stain bedsheet and no towel, its bad. Asking for towel when check in, at night and also the morning after, but no avail. Water pressure was not good, sometime strong, always low pressure. Toilet bidet water handle is bad, water tap broken, television have no channel, room infest with ants and lastly broken pieces of the light was seen. Hallways got faint dim lights.

Friendly receptionist dan easy check in except. No TV channel at room 215, hope the management do something about this, other things OK πŸ‘Œ. Will come again β˜ƒ.

they cannot consider if the customers arrived early. on that day it was rain and I am using motorbike, I want to check in early because it was rain. they said cannot still need to wait until 2pm. on that time it is on 12.30 pm. then, there is no sofa or chair for customers to wait.. unfriendly workers. badly voice when talked. sorry I am just telling my experience. so far inside the room is clean and calm place.

This hotel don’t have towel in room. So, customer need to bring their own towel. Fortunately I have towel in car. Very bad service. Sink in toilet also stuck.
