Convenient and strategic hotel. I am very satisfied with the services provided. I also thank traveloka for facilitating me during check in.
Not so clean, the carpet is dusty... I don't understand how they get 4 stars.
Great room and strategic location.
Very good hotel to stay for travel and most important thing I had my privacy while staying there.
Good. But need to focus more on your cleanliness.

Out of this world
Tip: Ensure that you get a room facing Sogo - I was told that the rooms on this side of the building are bigger. Overall, this is probably the worst business (or even for my personal holidays) hotel I ever stayed in. Well... Let's start with what's good? The price, size of room, and location. One gets what one pays and the price is very reasonable for the locality; which is right in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. If you take the KLIA Express, KL Sentral is about 15 mins away by cab. Breakfast (on the 5th floor) is functional with the usual omelette, Chinese porridge, mee soup, bread, local favorites like roti canai, and fruits. The latter is usually water melon with two choices; red and yellow. So, just do not set your expectations too high. What is not so nice? Overall, the lack of maintenance and attention to room hygiene is quite shocking. Entering the room, one will be greeted by a foul smell coming from the drainage. Even the wardrobe stink. But everything paled when I turned on the shower. The entire basin area was wet after my shower. And if I had not prepared myself, the floor cloth and room slippers would be drenched. So, another tip - ensure that these two items are placed outside the toilet door. My colleague also complained that the daily room housekeeping is probably lacking; as she noticed the same dead insect over two days.

good city center location
the last 6 floor in 32 floor building, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, tidy and large enough, lighting is good as well. there is a little issue that I can consider: the restaurant is in the 5th floor, a bit far from the hotel, and it is a different atmosphere than the hotel itself

worth the money
the room was quite small but comfortable.suitable for shopaholic since it was near to all the shopping centre and located at the heart of kuala lumpur. the buffet food for breakfast was great with lots of choices and the staffs were friendly and helpful

Wonderful View but Room a little Old
Room: The room was large and spacious. I got a room facing the other side of the twin towers/KL towers. Room environment was not cheerful. Minibar: 2 complimentary mineral water and coffee/tea for the room. Really satisfy. Bathroom - Bathroom was large and clean. Bath and shower gel available. BUT NO HEATER as I was informed that the hotel heater got problem and thus spending 3 nights with cold water for bath. Location: just a short walk to Sogo KL and nearby shopping malls. Popular for tourist as Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman is the main shopping heaven for ladies especially clothings. Service - Staff is friendly and smile always. Value: Room rate is not reflect the look of the room. The room look DOWN not so desire/inspire look. F&B: Breakfast was so average with limited choice. Refilling a hundred years as i need a croissant which was out of order untill i left the restaurant. Taste is average. p/s: their iron damage my cloth. Be careful when setting the iron.

Need to put in more effort
Centrally located hotel within Kuala Lumpur golden triangle. Access to the hotel is easy using public and private transport. Parking into the hotel not clear so do your study of you are going to park your car at the hotel. 1st-4th floor are common shops. The hotel only starts on the 5 th floor. Their public bathroom are clean but run down and some bathroom utensils missing. Staff are friendly and try hard to help you out. Understand from my collegue that the whole hotel rooms does not have any hot water for one week. So if you are thinking of staying here please ask them on the availability of hot water.
