Short getaway. Enjoy our stay here. Kids love the activities available here. Booked for superior room but get upgrade to executive room. Nice place to stay with family. Had our breakfast at B' Restaurant. Food is nice but a bit disappointed on the table and food arrangement in the restaurant. Lack of practically.

We arrived at Pullman at 3 pm. The place was very beautiful and amazing. I'm very pleased with the scenery and very excited to check in. Unfortunately, the room is not ready to check in. They serve welcome drink while waiting, maybe for half an hour I can wait. However, we only get check in at 5 pm. Imagine 2 hours at the lobby. Because of late check in, it's ruined my birthday and anniversary plan on that day. I'm rushing to go here and there, late for make up, and all plan for event that day turn upside down. I'm very frustrated to having this kind of situation on my special day. Fortunately, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Thank you.

Overall is OK, the food at the B's was so delicious that I can give 5/5. But the room is so so maybe due to the old fashion room. Hope one day Pullman can renovate to suite the nowadays design to make customer more comfy

The two-bedroom apartment that we stayed is comfortable but the furniture looks old and its wooden finishing is badly crafted.

Hotel by the Lake
The hotel itself is situated by the Putrajaya lake and has some unique design and architecture. However, it appears that the exterior of the building has seen better day and deserved new paint job. The hotel has an infinity pool overlooking the lake and recreation include a karaoke lounge and a games lounge. Since I was there on business, I saw more of their ballroom than anything else. The room itself has some unique furnishing but may require some upgrade as it looks a bit dated. The bathroom came with a bath tub and a shower. The breakfast spread is pretty decent but may not measure up if you compare to other 5 star hotel. As a conclusion, it was an average stay if you compared to other 5 star hotel.

Pullman, you let me down just a little.
My husband and I spent five nights here as part of a trip for our twenty fifth wedding anniversary, which included attending the Moto GP at Sepang, something he really loves. We arrived at 5.00am after a late flight, worn out and weary. The reception staff were efficient and friendly, and after a quick check in we were surprised to be taken outside and pointed in the direction of our room, which was an executive suite in the Jasmine Wing, and a bit of a hike.We were a little taken aback not to be accompanied to our room in the early morning darkness, and we were relieved when we finally found it. The room was spacious enough and overlooked the large office building across the street, which was not bad to look at fortunately. The bed had been beautifully decorated with roses and petals and was lovely. The bathroom was large but very, very dark, an impossible room to do make up.One of the two sinks did not drain properly and neither did the shower. We just decided to live with it as most things were good.It was all clean enough, however, there was a pile of cigarette butts that sat on our balcony for the entire stay. There were no bathrobes and on various days, no hand towels or floor towels.Drinking water was in ample supply at least and the air conditioning was efficient and quiet. The size of the whole complex was quite a surprise and made it feel like you were in a village instead of a hotel. We enjoyed the lights and music everywhere and just generally the whole feel of the place. There was plenty of space to walk around and explore. The lake was pleasant and there were lots of places just to sit and watch the world go by. It's not close to anything much but we were there only for the Moto GP so the location was okay for us.The helpful concierge arranged an Uber who drove us back and forth all weekend for a very reasonable cost and made it very stress free. There was not much hotel information in the room, and only on the last night did I see a leaflet in the bar mentioning the shuttle bus to a couple of local shopping centres. This would have been good to know earlier. In fact, any information about the local area at all would have been much appreciated but was sadly lacking. There were several pools but the rooftop pool was our choice and it was large, warm and peaceful. The gym was also fairly well equipped. We did make a visit to the spa on our last day, which was a mistake in hindsight. The surroundings were nice enough, but despite repeatedly asking for a softer, softer treatment, I was left very bruised and uncomfortable for a long flight the next day.The therapist spoke good English so I'm not sure where it all went wrong but I really regretted it, luckily my husband faired a little better and was uninjured. Buffet breakfast was okay. Not amazing, but there were enough choices to please most people. We did eat in B's a couple of times and the food and service were really very good. No complaints at all.The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also had executive club as part of our room and it too, was mostly very good. The young man staffing it was super lovely and provided a very attentive service.Sadly, on our last night, it just didn't happen. There was no service and no explanation.Later when we were heading off, the poor boy was working on reception and saw us leaving. He was most apologetic and got us a drink and snack from the bar but it was just a let down in general. Overall, our stay was pretty good but just missed the mark in a few areas, especially as a Pullman. It is a unique hotel with loads of potential and a good feel about it.I would probably stay again if attending the Sepang circuit as it worked for us for this event.

"Playground" in Putrajaya
We returned with high expectations and surely they have been met. 3d2n well spent. Loving the new "playground" concept! Plenty of activities to try and enjoy throughout the stay. Buffet breakfast - scrumptious, delectable and very fulfilling! Always the highlight of every morning. Aging signs could be seen here and there, especially inside the room. Still, great hospitality and service from the whole team. Please keep it up!

ONE OF THE BEST IN PUTRAJAYA
Stayed here for 6 nights as conference organizer. Good place for conducting seminars and outdoor activities. The rooms were divided by wings, each wing offering different concepts. Friendly and helpful staff.

Stay for Putrajaya Night Marathon
Here my review Im stayed for Putrajaya Night Marathon on 4th November 2017 Pro: - Room is big and in good conditions (Apartment 2 Bedroom) - Clean and toiletries were provided - Staff is helpful and keep maintaining their cool and patient while entertaining variety mood of customers. - Breakfast is good Cons: - I have checked in via online but still need to wait for around 15 minutes to be prepared. Key is not ready eventhough online web check in said so. My opinion is that the hotel is good but to further improve check in process so the key can always delivered to customer on time.
