good location and good for family vacation however the place not well maintained. the building the facilities looked old
6.3
They really need to improve in cleanliness, old furniture, old big TV with no remote, dirty sofas, otherwise this resort is good for short vacation with kids, nice swimming pool though.

Can find better place. Rundown and in need of refurbishment
4.5
Not worthy as compared to the price paid. The rooms were not well maintained. The toilet was not functioning. The water heater was not functioning as well.

Upon checking in at about 4:30pm, the room which I booked was not ready. The reception boy on duty then switched me to available room. Overall the hotel is good but need improvements on the service. The reception boy on duty was under stressed. He shouldn't expressed his dissatisfaction feeling towards his colleagues in front of us - the guests!

Nice beach, only one lift available
Nice place for the private beach. Facilities inside the 3 room apartment was bit broken. Broken bed light, broken dining hall light and aircond suddenly problem. We inform the receptionist n she called the technician and they managed to repair it during our dinner outside. Shredded curtain sheer hehe.. btw, thats not a problem since we just want to sleep there and enjoy the beach. Aaa not to forget they have 2 elevator but only one function haha. So need to queue up with guest from other level..

Blending in with the locals
Checked in with a family of 4 adults and 3 children in a 1-bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious for the whole family. The room is facing the sea and is very airy. Living room has got no air condition but it's fine with us as it is airy. Furniture is worn but still usable. Do not expect the place to be extremely luxurious ok. Water heater was out during our stay but we are cool with it. There's no wifi in room. Only in lobby. Pool is good with a water slide for the kids. Depth of deep pool is about 1.5m so be careful if you're bringing young children. There's a 'lifeguard' to make sure guests adhere to the safety measures. There are 2 eating areas. One is a buffet restaurant where you need to pay RM20 per adult and RM15 for children for breakfast. Not sure about lunch and dinner though. Outside by the pool there is an eating area where you can get simple local ala carte meals like mee mamak, burger, waffles, ABC etc.. very reasonably priced and taste good too. The beach is just a stone's throw away from the resort and you can enjoy a few water sports like banana boat, jet skis and even a buggy ride. The place will make you feel like a local (if you're not particular about the nitty-gritty bits of the place). It could be really crowded during the holidays but its really an enjoyable and relaxing place to chill with the family.

Generally ok if you can overlook some minor issues
We stayed one night in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. We chose it because of the proximity to Tanjung Tuan Lighthouse for the annual Raptorwatch. We booked via Agoda and paid RM330. For the price paid it was ok. However, our tv was not working and the air conditioning in both rooms were noisy. The master bedroom air conditioner didn't seem to cool the room. Also, only one elevator was working and because there was a big group, there was a queue just to use the elevators during check in. Check in was only at 3pm.

💛
puteri Resort (formerly Permaisuri) is a condominium facing Pantai Cermin at the 10th mile of Port Dickson, located just before Blue Lagoon and Cape Rachado along the road. This hotel provides budget accommodation in simple but spacious family apartments, ranging from studio to three bedroom units, and all with sea-facing view; some with private balcony decks. Occupying the center portion of Pantai Cermin, the beach is a peaceful stretch of reddish sand, stretching towards the foothill of Tanjung Tuan Forest Reserve towards its east. The sea waters here are slightly murky but always gentle, while Blue Lagoon is just a stone's throw away by car (or reasonably short walking distance). #copypaste
