Worth every penny! Would stay there again.
This hotel is above average as it's price is economical
The room was ok, but a bit dark as there was no windows and the lighting was dim.
Beyond my expectation. This hotel is very good.
The problem is parking, it is a difficult to park
Tiptop service. I like how they treat travelers nicely, and hope you guys can add more lighting because my room without window was very romantic.
WiFi was so slow. the hotel lobby smells so bad. the room was quite nice and comfy but the AC took a long time to cool up the room. the location of the hotel was nice. very near to the must visit spots. all in all it is a good place just to sleep and fresh up. good for backpackers. it was hard to find parking space.
Nice place to stay. But its not easy to get parking
The location is great. The staff are friendly. The room is quite clean, just quite dim and a few facilities can be improved. There is no in room safe lock, table lamp and slipper. Overall, the room is ok.

Value for money.
The location for this hotel is just nice if you are planning to walk around Georgetown. Clean, comfortable room and quiet too. But if you cannot handle the morning noise from temple (which situated just opposite the hotel), please reconsider to choose this hotel. Otherwise, the staffs are helpful and I did had a pleasant stay there.

Comfortable, Clean and Quiet
The room / toilet is very clean. quiet and comfortable although the hotel located in the middle of city. Near to the Famous Georgetown artwork street and Masjid Kapit Keling. Easy to get food. But quite far if you want to look of convenience store.

Mixed review
The location of this hotel is great, very central. Rooms including bathrooms were very clean, the public areas were kept very clean. The gentleman that does the cleaning is very friendly. On the downside, the rooms are quite small and somewhat dark. A little noisy from the alleyway that runs alongside, but not too bad. But the real negative for me was the guy on the front desk when we checked in, he insisted that the Penang city charge for hotel room tax was an additional 3RM, when I knew that it was actually 2RM. I know that it is not a lot of money and I paid the 3RM, and when I called him out on it a few days later he just laughed at me. It's not a nice feeling when you know someone is just blatantly ripping you off. Regardless of that we did extend our stay a further 2 nights (paying only 2RM for the tax!!) it's a good budget hotel, centrally located but I rate it lower than it probably deserves because of this employee. I am not sure if he is an owner or manager or just an employee. They also operate as a travel agent but we went elsewhere to make our travel arrangements as we were pretty sure we'd get ripped off ... Silly that he has left that impression over a 1RM a night in government tax.

Noisy morning call from the temple!
Overall, the room was clean. But some part of the wallpaper was moldy! the lighting in the room was too dim. I was woken up by the crazy bell ringing from the temple every morning, around 6am! and one of the morning, it rang twice, once at 5am for more than 20 minutes! and another time at 6am for the same duration! But I guess that's why there weren't many guest in this budget hotel
