I stayed around 9 days at this hotel. Clean, cheap and friendly staff specially the lady called Bita. The room stuff is not totally new but still clean. If you are not happy with the room you can ask to change it. A bit noisy from the window early in the morning but that's not only this hotel, all hotels around same case because the area is so busy. Wifi is good enough though I'm in 2nd floor. The stairs for me is ok. When I go out and back to hotel I had to press a bell on the main door, I didn't like it, but it's ok. The hotel area got many restaurants and location is good near the river.

Used to be a good budget hotel
My first time checking in into this hotel back in year 2014. it was pretty good hotel to sleep and to relax. The staffs are friendly and attentive. They help me to arrange some trips. Second time was 2015. the hotel has changed a bit. Many rooms door seems to be broken. my room was a bit dusty and leakage in the bathroom. water heater was not functional. third time i came here in 2016, the hotel completely in a sad state. my room was next to a night club! can't even sleep! there was leakage on the sink piping. all my way to my room, the other rooms door locks seems to be spoil and i dont feel safe anymore staying here. it used to be a good hotel but i do not what happened to the management. sad to see such a nice hotel in this state.

ok for a place to sleep
I shall say it is ok, but not quite good enough for me i guess... Yes, it's walk distance to some beautiful place, good restaurants and all, but the room was quite small for three beds, plus we got some trouble with the aircond... already told the receptionist but take hours before it eventually fixed...

Cheap and decent stay
Me and my parents went to Kuching not booking ahead a place to stay. While eating at the restaurant in front of the inn, we decided to check it out. They offered a very cheap price for a standard one double bed and one single bed room. Once we got inside the room I was quite taken aback to see that the Inn's toilet mirror had broken to pieces and were all over the toilet floor. Perhaps it fell on its own before we entered the room, but the staff should be aware of it since they need to clean the rooms everyday, right? Anyways after informing the staff they cleaned it up and replaced it with a new mirror. We do, however, got a good night's sleep. Since restaurants are just downstairs it is quite easy to get food and the city center is not so far away (we rented a car). You can barely get the wifi signal, but its there. Overall its cheap, decent, and just okay.
