The room size is relatively spacious, justified with the room rate. However, overall the hotel service need to be improved. Examples, the water pressure (shower and tap) in the bathroom is very low. Informed the reservation guy and he said will check but never turn up till I check out. The housekeeping came to conduct room service @5 pm. This is also after several complaints made to the reservation guy. The phone in the room is not functioning, thus everytime have to come to lobby to communicate with the reservation personnel if need arises.

The room was perfect; the cleanliness and all. But, i'm very disappointed in the services especially at the reception. I've complained about the wi-fi (no wi-fi in my room) and asked to get it fixed twice. Unfortunately, the receptionist unwillingly complied he will get the technician to fix them, not looking at me glued to the screen and all and this too happened twice. I find that was rather rude. Overall, I do not like this stay at all.
