A plus. ➡ the guest house is cheap. ➡ the guest house is near central, near food stall and cafe. ➡ the guest house is clean and comfortable.➡ room service/cleaner do cleaning everyday. (i mean new room for new guest) she was so friendly😁❤. ➡ toilets so far clean because the lady (cleaner) cleaning every morning till noon. ➡ ac is working properly its cold as well. ➡ water heater also good. ➡ bedsheet also clean and I got 2 towel. A minus.➡ need to self check in, there's no 'live' customer service. (make sure you do confirmation to cs 1 day before or you will waiting their whatsapp to confirm your booking and room number)➡ there no elevator.➡ no room service and no wifi *if you saw the closed unflushed or dirty its maybe because some guest are typical dirty person!* I knew with my own eyes a man using toilets before me didn't flush his pee! Yikes! For the owner please give the sign in toilet ' please flush your own pee' customer service is so so. Not so friendly but ok they help me much to do check in. Overall the guest house are oke. Not so creepy as a lot review write.

By the grace of god, I am telling the truth and only the truth. Avoid this hotel if possible. The room is used, before we checked in, there are hairs everywhere. Its a self check in hotel. The cs staff is so rude. Didn't fast respond. The only nice thing about this hotel is they have air con and warm water (still debatable) I would give their service -5 if possible

Self service jadi check in dan check out kalian kudu chat WA gitu, untuk harga segini standar sih, tapi benefitnya deket halte dan haltenya itu arah mana aja ga sejalur, dari jety manapun tinggal jalan kaki, cocok buat backpacker

Very bad customer service, if you arrive after 12am, you will be denied entry even if its the middle of the night, you will be stranded and need to find another hotel because this hotel will ignore your call or text. Don't think about coming

ที่พักแห่งนี้ ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ทำการเช็คอินให้ ไม่มีผู้ใดให้สอบถามได้แม้แต่คนเดียว เกิดมาเพิ่งเคยเจอ สรุป เสียเงินฟรี จ่ายชำระไปแล้ว ต้องไปหาโรงแรมที่อื่นพัก และ ที่โรงแรมนี่ สกปรกมากที่สุด
