A little bit confusing at first. Ran pacific is located on Swiss Garden residence itself. Make sure call the number first once you have arrived. Very comfortable place. Superb view. Will come again later.

It is great to stay at this apartment and next time i'll be here again. However, since this hotel is part of the hotel, at the beginning we find difficulty to check in. We have to call tbe owner of the apartment. It is really recommended

the view on the city at night is great and the infinity pool very nice. the flat is big, with kitchen, two bed rooms and a big lounge. the furniture are nothing special, speaker for music didnt work. some more minor. not so classy. but big

Terrible Serivce and put customers in a Fixed
Booked two 3 bedroom apartment. One for 4 nights and the other for 3 nights. Have confirmed with the Ran Pacific on 3 occasions that the two 3 bed rooms booking are valid and confirm. Last confirmation is the day before arrival and was told the room are on the same floor. Our 1st room is poorly maintained with the sink leaking in the toilet and aircon running noisy. One of the glass in the kitchen is also cracked. Only upon further enquiries on the 2nd room, it is made known to us that we got to also downgrade one of the 3 bedrooms apartment to a 2 bedrooms on a different floor due to overbooking. We are told that the 2nd room is already occupied the day before and hence no solution could be provided. We are put in a situation of either we look for another hotel or we accept the downgrade with a compensation 50 ringgit per night. There is lack of integrity and poor service from management in handling the case by trying to put customers in a fixed instead of informing customer during the call the day before. Family with big group and children is especially vulnerable. The management also not willing to provide any further help beyond by stating that the booking is through hotel.com and we are expected to resolved it with the agency ourselves though they are the who cannot fulfill the contract agreement. It is only upon further demand that the management called up the agency to explain the situation for alternative solution. After 3 hrs waiting in office and after that holding onto the line, we finally moved out to another apartment with alternative arrangement by hotel.com. Overall very frustrated and experience with precious time wasted. Will not go back to Ran Pacific.

Apartment near food street
This one is located just 5 minutes to the famous food street of Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Alor. Also LRT station is not so far away , just 5-7 mins by foot. Rooms are decent enough but need more cleanliness. Checkin process is smooth

The location of the apartment is very good. It is located just 5 minutes to a LRT station and very near to the food street Jalan Alor. Overall checkin process was smooth. The apartment is good to stay for 2-3 days.

Mix feeling
Before we came into this apartment, we are literally confused as in why its in Swiss Garden. Even the map shows it. When we PM the incharge, things gets clearer. Its actually located at Swiss Garden Residences itself. Ran Pacific is the Owner of few units there. Thus, Swiss Garden has many Owners which is sold to them. Do take note to call/whatsapp the Owner before you reached as the check in Counter is not the same as Swiss Garden. Instead, its located at L1q in the Owner apartment. A kind info counter personnel from Swiss Garden itself by the name of Nagin (if im not wrong) bring us there. We area really grateful to him. The Check in process is smooth n fast. The Owner is there to collect the rm150 deposit. He mentiom coue of time to msg them if there is anything wrong. Yaesin, one of the staff also help us to intro the place. We stay at room 3009 (level 30). We shall talk about the good things first. The room looks generally clean. However, upon careful inspection, it looks like the room had been vacant for some time. Thin layer of dust on the cabinet & such. For a 1 bedroom,it is good n worthy of our money. Theres washing machine & dryer, rotatable tv counter & sunk in bathtub. WC uses ecowash bidet. Location is 5min walk from Hang Tuah LRT or 10Min walk from Imbi or Bukit Bintang LRT. U can pass by Jalan Alor (its a food street, more to chinese food. Mot many Halal food) & cut through BB plaza/Lot 10. There is minimart at l1. As mention, Jalan Alor is just 5min walk opposite the apartment. Subway, Hailam restaurant, Indian food & 711 too. Petaling street is just 15min walk away which is very straighforward. All we can say, the location is perfect. Not too far & not too close. The kitchen has most of the basic neccesity which is alright. The tv has basic tv channels also. Theres 2 aircon unit in the living room & the bedroom. Housekeeping is done daily without us, asking. Toiletries also basic, soap & shampoo. Check out is smooth too. As said, msg the owner & he will send down someone to check the room & return your deposit. So here come the THINGS to IMPROVE. 1. Housekeeping - i don know if they mop the floor. Its certainly dirty as we use tissue to wipe the floor. No. We don walk arnd with shoes inside. There is many white stain on the sofa & dining room chair. I do wish you could change or shampoo it. Bedsheets, blanket, curtain is also stain. Some yellow liquid, some brown reddish stuff. 2. Pest control - we stayed for 4 night. Sadly, the bed bugs appear on that night. Ive been bitten 3x which disturb my sleep. Attach is the photo. 1 is found on the living room. Another, underneath the pillow, lastly on the blanket. 3. Wifi connection - they give us the swiss garden residence instead of the other. We can only connect if we stay near to the main door. Theres only 1 or 2 bars always & it often disconnected much to our ire. Basically, the wifi is worst than what other hotel can provide. 4. Bathroom - hower head & rainwater shower head is spraying & leaking water everywhere when we turn it on. It is horrible as so much water is wasted. Instead of normal 10min shower, it turn to 20min as the water is low due to much of it is spraying around the room. Sunk in bathroom has many lime on the tiles. Drain hole cover is not cleared & it choked with so Many hair from i- don- know- how- many- tenants usage is not cleared at all. We just take out the cover & put aside. Still, the housekeeping din clear it til we check out. In all, we are rather perturbed about the bed bugs which we are really afraid it could spread elsewhere. We really hope Ran Pacific will look into improving & doing all the things mention. Its a good hotel really.
