1. Strategic place for a stay. Convenient for LRT, GRAB, Buses assessbility. 2. New hotel and the service is good. 3. Friendly staffs and the interior design of the hotel is good and different from other conventional hotels. 4. Automated car park system, which a little confusing at first time. High tech parking for that place but it's a good attemption. 5. Room was clean and inviting as they also have ceiling fan. 6. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Overall the hotel was great.

I was staying at room 1407, first time i came to this hotel i was very impressed with the room. Very spacious room, everything still new and clean, truly exceeded my expectations especially the coffee and tea maker i really enjoyed it. But on the second day till the day i check out they ruined all the good impressions i had about this hotel. Was asking one of the front desk staff and concierge man who was standing there to make up my room before i went out and told them i wish my room to be clean as i come back. Then after 3 hours i came back to my room i was really shocked cause nobody clean my room at all, everything still in mess and my friend will come to visit me in less than 1 hour. I called to the reception 3 times to send housekeeper to clean my room as soon as possible cause i will have guest and i need to take shower but nobody came till i call housekeeper at the next room directly to clean my room instead of preparing room for the next arrival cause i’ve been asking for it for long time. I was extremely pissed cause it was very basic request which they have to provide it well as they committed to open a hotel, plus the answer of the reception through telephone that telling me he didn’t know anything cause he came for 3pm shift, which is very unprofessional answer. And i called to the reception that i want to talk to the manager (front office/room division manager) on next morning cause i was really upset and unhappy but from the second day to the fourth day and till i checked out the manager never came to see me, i can't believe that the manager of this hotel could be that rude and arrogant, i wonder how come he can be hired and accepted in hospitality industry with manners like that. I was waiting one of the hotel representative to apologize for all the inconvenience or at least to look after me after the unpleasant case that happened but no one. Upon check out the reception didn’t even ask me how’s the room, how’s the service, how’s everything, he didn’t give a fond farewell to me, he didn’t even say thank you. I understand that guy looked tired because he worked for night shift but no excuse, you can’t behave like that to guest especially you work for 4 stars hotel. As a person who also work in hotel industry and as a frequent traveler i fully understand that people come to stay in 4 stars hotel never expected to be treated like in budget hotel. No matter you like it or not , you work in hospitality industry your job is to please your guests. Despite I had bad impressions with few staffs from front office i have few names that deserve my honor. Special thanks to Tamim (concierge), Rawi (HK), Tisah (HK) they treated me really well, very friendly, very helpful, and thanks for always looked after me. They are excellent! My suggestion to owner of this property or the management team: You have beautiful property and great location, your property is an asset but don’t let several minor things ruined your customer trust. Please do more training for your staff. And for the automated car park I amazed with the technology, but please make sure that the parking guy always standby and ready 24 hours cause my friend was late for attending meeting in the morning because waiting for almost 20 minutes for the parking guy.

A nice hotel, spacious room, eye catching room furnished. love the coffee maker and the tea pot. the bed was comfy, the hot water in the shower working so well. the receptionist so far so good. maybe i will stay here again someday... maybe.

It was a great stay in RED by sirocco. The customer service was perfect, very accommodating, friendly, and understanding. Especially at the front desk, Daniel, David and Azahar have an outstanding CS skill and a quick action. Thanks for the good experience. Although they couldn’t provide sahur during ramadan for muslim guests, they tried to please us in ways such as getting a fried rice from mamak or refund of breakfast. The room was good,too. Clean and spacious, well designed as well. Thanks..

Request for non smoking room but the room gave was with the smell of cigarettes. Some of the guests smoked till the fire alarm sounded and that’s really frightening.

Very satisfied with the room.. A big space and equipped with necessary items! I can see the Kl tower from my room too! Not satisfied with the services since they did not provide free newspapers for the guest on morning! Overall is good and hope service can be improved in the future!

A hotel with lovely decor located in a central location in KL. We stayed at the DIVA floor catered especially for females. The rooms are spacious which include a vanity table (perfect for putting on makeup) and accessories like hair dryer and straightener. We even got a complimentary 20min massage after check-in!

This hotel happened to be the last option since our previously Silka Hotel has been fully booked. Therefore, we found out that this hotel is not that far from the business place of Masjid Jamek. The hotel is surprisingly beautiful and we are quite impressed with their parking system. The pool view is extremely beautiful. We also would love to credit their staff named Latha for her time and hospitality in showing us around hotel... Will come back again.

overall is good. the staff provide me the room that facing the kl tower as I requested. the only things I would like to complain is the parking fee. as the guest of the hotel, I don't think the hotel management should request the guest to pay the parking fee RM10 per day. Should improve.
