Great location
Right in front is the beach, 2 minites from snorkel point where you can see all kind of fish, baby sharks. The hotel offer Swim with turtles which was amazing. Staffs were nice, helpful. The building, rooms are old though many bugs and water stay in the bathroom. Still with air condition, wifi and TV, we enjoyed a lot.

Beautiful Place and Great Hospitality
Me and my Friends stay in this Resort for 3D2N.. very strategic location with great people and hospitality. We have enjoy the stay and Redang is really a beautiful gateway for city people like us. Pros: I can say one of the cheapest Resort in Redang but service is excellent.. rooms, foods, package. View is beyond expectation. What makes this Resort different from other is the hospitality that extended makes you feel home. Cons: Not much on rooms as I understand from the staff this Resort due for some upgrade and renovation. BUT still the room is perfect for the price that paid. Not much complain unless you looking for something fancy, Redang serve you a lot of hotels.. Resort.. depends on your budget. For us is still comfortable stay. Food selection perhaps more local cuisine especially Terenganu authentic food. Overall, we have enjoy our stay for 3 days in this Resort. Thanks to Abg Man, Abg Juki, Nicky and the rest of Redang Paradise Team for making our stay enjoyable and feels like home. Adios!!

RATS IN ROOMS!
Rats in the rooms, specifically room 12. They kept us up all night running around. It was clear to see they live in the walls. Hotel were completely unapologetic and unhelpful. They obviously know they have a rat problem and I guess just hope the rats don't come out to play. We left a day early on the first boat out of there. The hotel have offered us a 15% off voucher if we were to stay again, there is no way in hell I would stay here again, so why would I want a voucher?! What all other reviews say about bad toilets etc is also true. Considering it isn't even that cheap I think it's absolutely disgraceful. Beautiful island, but will forever have bad memories because of this hotel.

Enjoyable
Location right on the beautiful beach.Love to wait for sunrise in the morning. Classic Cabin onto the beach. The double twin beds in the attic were awesome.Nice staff, arranging any visits to surroundings we wished, located near coral reef and shark point, beautiful snorkelling nearby,

1 because 0 isn't an option. Paradise well and truly lost!!
I have travelled extensively around the world , and have very, very rarely given a score of 1 to anything. Erring on the optimistic side, with no other options left on Redang, I though "how bad can it really be?". Well let me tell you. Worse than terrible. Let's start with the room. Firstly, each of the chalets seem to have a double bed and single bed on the ground level, and then 2 singles on a mezzanine roof, accessed by a steep ladder. I exaggerate not when I tell you that the walls are held together by tape. The room was filthy (blamed on a 'quick turnaround', but doesn't account for the layers of grime and dust built up over time) and smelled pretty bad. The shower room was mouldy and barely a trickle coming out of the shower. We couldn't rest our toothbrushes on the sink as we certainly didn't want to put whatever was there, into our mouths. I immediately complained, and in fairness to Franckie, he did send someone in straight away to properly clean... with a dry cloth for about 30 seconds. I'm no expert, but that's probably not going to do the job! We were then moved the following day to a room opposite, which was apparently renovated the year before. By renovated, a coat of paint had been slapped over the grime, holes had been filled in (with filler covering the plastic door) and new shower and basin put in.The mould was still there and not limited to the walls, but the grouting of the tiles and beyond. This is the kind of beach hut that I expect to pay 50 Ringitt per night in other places I've stayed (albeit cleaner). The walls are paper-thin, so we could hear the neighbours shouting at little Johnny as if they were in the same room. The staff were at best, apathetic, at worse, rude and lazy (not all, but certainly a couple). When I complained and suggested that 600 MYR a night was extortionate for what we got, I was told to complain to booking.com. I did point out that it wasn't their fault that the hell-hole was so disgusting and that they ought to deal with it, to be told that he didn't have the authority to do so - that was the owners problem. I asked for the owners details and, by now, dear reader, you will be unsurprised to learn, that it was not forthcoming. I really can't urge you enough to spend your money elsewhere, and if this is the last resort on the island, please, find another island.
