The cafe on the ground floor seems to have only one cook and food preparation time can take very long. Room was spacious and clean. Unused coffee mugs gathered dust. Good security and reception services. There is construction on the main road, which might delay arrival by a few minutes, otherwise, most roads are clear. Quick access to Kuala Lumpur sentral and TBS, main transport hubs.

Nice place to stay, room are spacious but if you are a hygiene person this place is not too clean but everything is awesome.

Pros: 1. The premier deluxe twin room is spacious enough for two person. We can lay our luggage open and there is still enough space for walking and for prayers. 2. There is a small fridge! (which is not included in the description of the room so I did not expect it) 3. The hotel is near to Maharajalela monorail station (walking takes about 7 mins) 4. We can see Merdeka 118 from this room. 5. The receptionist took immediate action after we tell him that our room is not provided with a kettle (kudos to the receptionist that helped us) Cons: 1. The soundproof is definitely not good because you can hear people talking from the room next to you. 2. The shower is hard to use before we figure it out how. 3. The nearest monorail station's escalator is not working so you have to use the stairs if you plan to walk (not the best for those with luggage) Overall, this hotel is good for people with budget who wants to find a decent place to stay.

Free parking for guest but the track not wide and must slowly drive. Clean room. Breakfast OK. Near mrl maharajalela.

Like if agree. The small carpet was too dusty, my daughter drop her toys under the bed and oh my God it was 10× dusty. The bathtub was fine but the toilet itself oh my God smell urine, too strong! Tried to wash here and there but still the smell won't fade away!

Family vacation
It was unsatisfying in the beginning as we got dirty towels, found an empty cigarette pack, smelly room. However since they gave prompt response towards any matter, I might take that into consideration about their services.
