Can't you guys please wait for the Luncheon start then only keeping your chair. its look so mass 2) the dinning table were nicely arranged. BUT the napkins are so dirty. i have to ask the staff they to change for me and yet ... i have to remind another staff to get back a clean napkins. please help to improve... you have a wonderful hotel environment your luncheon decoration was nice. but please pay more attention on some little things. thank you.

After hell in Kuala Lumpur it was nice to be in Seremban and celebrate with Family. A few issues here and there regarding room cleanness, mostly the dust and a bathtub look with stain instead of white but overall, this hotel improved 500% since our last visit 19 months ago. Issues with Staff making to much noise in room corridors and guests smoking in area totally designated as a 'non-smoking' area. The ground floor opposite the pool cafeteria has an excellent cuisine and sumptuous buffet for all your meals, BUT sadly again, some cooked dishes were all very cold and as glacial as the hotel ceramic plates where you put your dishes on. Staff are mostly foreigner and very friendly without much English spoken. local staff too full of themselves and terribly arrogant to say the least. The Executive Lounge is not very executive!! Pompous local waiter too interest to seat at his desk instead of being present and available, for our large Family. A man name Simon is the person we remember with the most helpful attitude, not the others. At the pool it was impossible to stay, the scorching sun almost burned our skin. Luckily a pool attendant name Marru offers us to stay under umbrella near the dinning area. The pool is full of badly behaved locals, almost annoying to enjoy the calm and peaceful serenity of the park and greens around us. As for the travel agent at the lobby. I would NOT trust these people, they seem to be dishonest when we fund out the real prices for transportation to the City and The airport. PLEASE, make your hotel a FREE ZONE AND NON SMOKING. Our children will be thankful. And please, try to keep your buffet displayed, hot and tasty, do not cut corners. WE WILL RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE VISITING KUALA LUMPUR.

Same distance from the KLIA airport as Kualla Lumpur but quiet for a day rest.
Airlines delay and a day cancellation forced us to come to Seremban as our Travel Agent provided a selection of places for the night, either in KL, Port Dickson, Malacca or Seremban. Here is what we need to comment so the management can take action. PRO AND CON: The Royal Chulan is not so Royal but instead a huge white elephant property. The bonus was, the hotel is surrounded by lovely trees and public parks. greenery and a Mountain ranges backdrop. The room on the 11 floor was large and fluffy pillow with a king size cozy bed to take a good night rest. on the ground floor next to the Spa, There is a large clean swimming pool with two water falls BUT no shade at all! A very accommodating pool Attendant name Mr. Miru. made our pool experience extremely enjoyable. Safe for the badly behaved local with hordes of screaming children running all over the place, we can honestly say, he was the only staff at the hotel we will remember. He really from the heart took care of us by getting a parasol from the ground floor restaurant and provided us with adequate towels. We had a late buffet dinner at the same restaurant downstairs and met an Indian Chef who had an urge to tell us s a few story about the hotel and we commented on excellent quality of the food, but some dishes were very col. The pasta corner was horrible and the person attending it the spaghetti section, was to arrogant to listen to our constructive criticism.. The receptionist lady who attended us on our arrival is a total amateur and not very friendly. The room was spotless clean BUT we realized it was terribly dusty on the room desk and table, as well as on top of the refrigerator glass shelves and cabinet. The floor to ceiling window had few finger prints! Must have been hand prints of some past children eating greasy food in that room. The next morning we wanted a lazy Sunday but were woken-up my loud walkies-talkies from the Housekeeping staff. They actually made too much noise as one particular lady staff went from room to room slamming doors and opening cabinets to checked what ever she had to check. It went on for at least 20 minutes. Impossible to sleep or have a peace-and-quiet morning. We made our way to the buffet breakfast at the Executive Floor and found only nonsense local papers and no International NY Tribune nor any Foreign paper from Singapore, Hong Kong or Thailand like we usually find in better hotels in Singapore, Jakarta, Taipei or Hong Kong. That morning at the Lounge, the Supervisor was little interested to serve. It took ages to get the poached eggs we ordered. He had the audacity to blamed the delay on kitchen staff..! Nothing to do with us. We are guests. He much preferred his desk to be talking to other staff, seating at the entrance reception instead of making sure we were comfortable. We had to stand an call him several times. Is is a VIP Lounge or just a cafeteria?. We checked out late and the bellboys were always quick and polite, The same person who too us to our room guided us to the Travel Agent's limo on our way back to the airport. WE WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ROYAL CHULAN, bit please, change your Housekeepers, they are not doing a great job. Our room wasn't spotless and hygiene is vital in any busy Hotel like yours. Disinfect your bathroom properly.

Unplanned stay - will not return
had unplanned stay in Royale Chulan in Seremban due to Malaysian Airlines 12hrs delayed flight. Hotel is about 55km's away from airport so that was not so nice on top of the lost day - but all well organised by MA. Check in was speedy - hotel did a good preparation. Food in buffet dinner was not well presented, many dishes cold. Quality of the food was ok, as was the choice. Space in rooms is good - had twin room - bathroom looks old but all functioning well. Shower did not have really hot water, just warm... Beds are nice with good sleep quality - noise in and outside hotel was OK. Staff was OK - reception very friendly as were assistants in lobby. Restaurant staff was not very attentive - maybe because a bit overloaded. Overall OK experience but not good enough to return in a planned visit.

Pleasant stay
Booked last minute on same day...check in was ok but need to be more cheerful and courteous..was given room #731 facing side view of the hotel..not a good view at all. Breakfast was good...did not get a chance to use the pool. Need a sundry shop as if not you have drive to the nearest mall to get them...quite troublesome...
