I really love the japanese-concept of this hotel. Very nice, clean and comfortable room. The tatami bed is cool. Friendly staff and also very near to One Utama and just opposite The Starling mall. Overall I really like this hotel.

The hotel needs to improve on the housekeeping quality.

- Backpacking
First time I came here, I got a spacious single bed room, but it was smell of cigarette smokes and there's a continuous buzzing sound (from the electricity?) that I can't stand, so I asked for another room, which the staff helpfully accommodate. So I moved to another room which is a bit smaller, but no smells and no buzzing sound. The room was neat and clean. For the price, I wouldn't ask for more. The location was just across the Starling Mall, and surrounded by a lot of great local and some non local food restaurant. Oh, you got a breakfast voucher for each night you stay, you can redeem it in the cafe next door, which has delicious selection of breakfast meal. Big plus! I come as a solo traveler and I recommend it a lot!
