Below average but cheaper price
Room is newly renovated with new and spacious bathroom but the furniture still old. In the centre of kota bharu town and very near to bus station. We are very satisfied with the new bathroom & very2 helpful & polite staff. They are the best hotel staff i've ever met! But the problems are cleanliness & air-cond not function well. The bed sheet looks yellowish and I'm not pretty sure either they have properly clean it or not! But i didn't make any complaint since i only paid rm85 for 2 nights. More than worth!
The room was clean, spacious and tidy, breakfast was good and service was perfect also.
The room is too broad for themselves. Dirty and poorly maintained bathrooms.
Rooms are large but dusty and there were cockroaches.
They are poor, dirty, noisy birds stay by the window, there are no special facilities for customer parking spaces.

Big room and friendly staff
My 1st visit to this place with my wife.It was a walk-in booking. The check-in was fast. The receptionist was friendly and she was very helpful during my 3 days stay. The room is spacious with rain shower and hot water heater. Premises is a/c but not so cold during the day. Could be because of the hot weather. Near to city buses and Transnational bus terminal. Parksons,Giant,The Store, Pizza Hut, KFC and Siti Khadijah Market (for local food n titbits) nearby.

Ongoing renovation on our stays.
At last, after several stays they're making renovation in the rooms! Yay! :D And because of that some rooms aren't available according to the front desk staff. Check-in was smooth and staffs is friendly and helpful as usual. Conditions of the room that we got is same old. (as it's not under renovation yet). It's quite big but we're turned down by the dust inside the room and it caused my child to sneeze a lot. Bathroom is spacious too but well, same old. :D Hopefully, this renovation will give a new and refreshing look to this old hotel that once might be one of the popular choices for stays in K.B. We're upgraded to the bigger room and it was a fine room. Just walking distance to Pasar Siti Khadijah, night market, the store, Kota Bharu Trade Centre, bus terminal, shop lots etc. thus making it a good choice for us to explore this charming town. We had a good night sleep, no noise to be heard thankfully. And if they're making this renovation because of my previous review, I'd like to say thank you on behalf of my family and myself for your concern to make us feel more comfortable in future stays. :) We really appreciate it and can't wait to see its new look! :D

Big room but need improvement.
The check in was fast, receptionist is friendly and we're kind of a regular guests to Sabrina Court so we know what to expect when we choose to stay here. Although, we thought it has been improved over the years but no it's still the same since our first visit. :P (Bedroom interior design and bathroom). The room facing the road is bigger in my opinion and if you wants to have a view choose this type of room. But it has not much of a nice view like the seaview but still good for those who can't stand rooms without windows or views. It's good enough for us for it is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and there's the basic tea making facilities and a mini fridge. Towels is provided but can bring your own in case it's small for you. There's also an old version of tv (still a set box) but not a big deal for us as most of the time we spent going out exploring Kota Bharu town and rest when we came back. (But still, it's much better if the tv is bigger with more clear channels to watch before bedtime) :P In the same room, we are provided with a small wardrobe, sofas and a small set of dining table. However, their design is retro-like or more precisely like those furniture in the 70's or 80's. But we're cool with it as it's hard to find these kind of style these days. :3 But, if its not cleaned or polished then it won't be good on the eyes. :/ The bathroom is not clean unfortunately on our stay this time. The curtain is cute with a lot of cats as their design but it's no use as it looks like there's a mould on the end of it. There's a mould kind of thing too under the toilet seat and it looks like it has not been cleaned or painted on the edge under the door sill and on the hole for the water to flow. It looks dirty. Soap are provided and there's a tissue holder but no tissue paper. The design in the bathroom is retro-like too. But at least it's big and there's a big window for the light or fresh air to come in so I think that's the credit. Other than that, we had a good night sleep as we didn't hear too much noise from the road. Maybe it depends on the day. (It might get busy on school or public holidays). The room is big enough for us but if you have extended family members you can choose family room where the door to the next room is connected so it's good for big families. If you're not a big family then a standard room is sufficient. There's no breakfast included. Just a walking distance you can have breakfast Kelantanese style at Pasar Siti Khadijah. They have a new restaurant inside just next to the reception counter. There's a restaurant too selling 'nasi air' with side dishes, drinks and I suggest you to try 'burger bakar' right in front of the hotel. (We only came here at night and it's for takeaway). There's also Pizza Hut just right beside this hotel and Guardian pharmacy is under it. (In case you need medicines or some snacks). This hotel is situated in the middle of interesting places in Kota Bharu but it needs renovations or refurbishments for sure for it to regain its past glory. Overall, we don't mind to stay here again if they upgrade the cleanliness in the bathroom and the facilities in the bedroom. :) Sabrina Court just need a new looks inside or a much cleaner and clearer room and bathroom for us to have a nice and comfortable stay. That's all.
