Dirty!
The room is really bad. Dirty uncleaned rooms and bed sheet unchanged. TV and electrical outlets not working. Aircon was leaking. No tissue provided. Noisy neighborhood. The good side, it is located near the shopping district and train station.

Worst ever!
Awful room with no ventilation, musty aircon, infested air, cocroaches, minibathroom flush not working, dirty and smelly, no wardrobe nor space, dirty sheets, noisy all night people speaking loud, no one at reception when you need it, many men (not customers) in the hall doing nothing. Staff not very helpful. Avoid!!!

My room was bad. Really bad. The bathroom was disgusting - leaks and other debris on the floor. Old, nasty. I switched on the shower to find water jetting from a hole in the wall, spewing dirt into my hair. Clearly that was the previous shower. Cistern was broken / collapsed and permanently hissing. Brown stains all over. Streaks down the pan. Yikes. Floor was dirty, room was tiny. No toilet roll provided. (I was only there for one night else I would have requested a change, or left.) Location is central to Bukit Bintang, with all the hangers-around outside and people asking you for “massage”. It’s grim. Any Tpm, Dick or Harry walks straight into the hotel and potentially out again with your valuables. Only a teenager on the door glued to his mobile phone. As you enter the hotel, it is redolent of damp throughout. Aircon leaking on the floor in front of the desk. Puddle ignored. Staff lazing or messing about. Indian kids with mobile phones. It’s the second-worst room I ever saw. (The worst was a cheap room in Hong Kong.) I didn’t want to touch anything. I wore my flip flops in the shower. Room odour was damp. I thought a night here might make me ill. I didn’t unpack. Nowhere to put anything anyway. Tiny. There was some banging and drilling upstairs - this is late evening, some noise from other rooms through the paper-thin walls, and the regular ding ding of the lift. The bed appeared to be clean. The only positive I can provide, sorry. Although there were black hairs all over the bed, suggesting that they had not in fact washed it. And bed bugs. The visible ones I killed. The aircon was freezing cold but no controls. Switch it off and become too warm within minutes Can’t win. I had to go tell a guest to ‘disappear’ after she sat in the hallway having a loud video phone conversation. Dodgy guests too. As for the management, they are clueless. Like many asian hotels, this one is listed with the Indian firm Oyo Rooms. This does not give it extra credibility or status, as clearly OYO do not appear to care about hotel quality. I have contacted them but no response. They should blacklist this hotel immediately. What a dump. Below is another review I wrote for hotels.com: Awful room. Dirty bathroom. No toilet roll. Tiny. Noisy. Shocking. Accosted in hallway by homosexuals. Guests in hallway with loud video phone conversations & music. Asked for massage in and out of hotel. Damp smell everywhere. Dodgy guests. Dodgy staff. Wore flip flops in shower it was so unclean. Hole in wall spurted dirt when I operated the 'old' shower by mistake. Pitch black box. No window. Freezing aircon, either full on or off. Bed bugs. Disaster.

Totally run down....
Worst hotel,smelling room,dirty,a lot of cockroaches,bug in bed.... bad service staff. Better stay in car then rent this type of hotel!!!! Dont book this hotel or you will regret.Definitely will check in and check out at the same day.The worst hotel in kuala lumpur.Some budget hotel more much better.

This hotel is sucks...the reception guy is so liar...he will say family room will fit 8 person but the room is so small and he will charge expensive...not same price as what you see online....really sucks!!!!
