The hotel location was perfect, the receptionist and staff were helpful but I think they need to take care more of their property or hotel and the smell of the hotel was terrible like cigarettes and mixed with something else, the bed was comfy but not clean enough, I hope they can change for the better cause actually it can be nicer and comfortable:)

Ok, this hotel had strategic location. I don't know how online agent determine hotel performance. But I found this hotel have good star meanwhile we found bad room here and super slow services. We stayed for 2 nights, there was no refill up mineral water, the heater water was not working. The pillow was dirty and others. My mom was not satisfied stayed here. Please improve the services.

Humid, smelly, shabby! Don't recommend. And I paid extra 10RM while check in. They told me this is government tax. I am not sure if I got tricked.

The place is suitable for backpackers. If you bring a car, you can park on the side of the road. But you have to ask the hotel lobby staff first. To avoid police raids.

Aku ga tau lagi deh wkwk, harganya worth it banget dah. Di Bukit Bintang, jalan ke kiri sudah deket alor street dan Pavilion Bukit Bintang jalan ke kanan deket KL tower wkwkwk, public transportation aku biasanya jalan ke belakang pudu sentral, LRT dan MRT. Terus di kamar ada mini bar dan AC nya dingin parah sampe aku aja kedinginan cuy 😭.
